When the shin government put the minimum wage up to bht 300, a lot of subsistence farmers cut down and just made rice for the family as they could not afford to pay it, then because the farm stores had to pay more in wages they put up the price of chemicals and fertilizers making rice farming more expensive, we used to use local labour to help plant and harvest the rice but now we hire the machines to do the job, giving a wage rise is not always the answer as once prices go up they very seldom come down again. what it does do however is put people out of work and some smaller firms/ businesses to close down

This can't come soon enough. I would never buy a lottery ticket, but the seller should not be stuck with the unsold tickets. They should not have to be de facto lottery players themselves. This is the biggest flaw in their system. If others want to throw their money away, that is fine, just don't punish the sellers. They aren't the junkies, and should not be treated as such. Honest business people trying to make a living should be treated as such.......

Where as i believe that Online can't come soon enough, i cannot agree with your last part, no one is forcing the "Sellers" to do the selling only themselves and they take the non returns as part of the deal

The sooner the better, the "Poor Sellers " are scamming the whole Thai people, i asked how much for the ticket and was quoted 120 bht for an 80 bht ticket, the PM opened the flood gates when he said they could sell at 90

Its no excuse to say we have to OVERPRICE to cover the non-returns its just plain GREED and the sooner its ONLINE the better it will be, people will soon learn how to do it by watching others or by doing the 6/49 tickets as they do in other counties bigger stores like Tesco, these " Poor Sellers " are doing quite nicely thank-you

I certainly agree with the post above, the Thai Constitution needs to be thought about to get the best one possible, one that will last a bit like ( dare i say it ) America which has lasted for years ( no i am not an American ), why the haste IMHO the General seems to be doing a pretty fair job and is putting a lot of wrongs right, the latest example being the RTP corruption scandal, the country appears to be stable, the Thai Bht appears stable, why the rush to get back to an elected government who judging by the last one couldn't give a flying F..k about the Thai People and were only interested in lining their own pockets with Thailand's wealth .

As an after thought ............. no immunity from prosecution for Thai MP's, might just make them think twice

Good! I hope they get rid of all these criminal farangs so that law-abiding farangs like me are not painted with the same brush as these criminals. I am sick and tired of seeing and reading about these farangs that spoil it for us all get rid of them! The only person that cheated me in Thailand was a farang, never a Thai, and I am ashamed to be a farang amongst people that are more than honest compared to all the countries that I have lived in or visited. This evening, whilst walking to my car, I saw an old farang smooching a young Thai girl, old enough to be his granddaughter or even great-granddaughter. I find this disgusting also and taking advantage of Thai girls or influencing more and more prostitution in Thailand. Go home I say, but again, they wouldnt find a woman poor enough to abide by his wishes as his brain is in his pants and not in his head in his home country! Isnt this pedophilia? I think so, and Thailand should also clamp down on this behaviour. My opinion. Whatever you guys think, I dont care, taking advantage of young girls is criminal, what is wrong is wrong, and what is immoral is immoral, and the Thai authorities should get rid of these morons as well!
