  1. ON Central Pattaya Road, as you are going towards Sukhumvit rd (eastbound)pass Foodland on your left and it should be the next or second soi on your left hand side. Approximately 100-150 meters after foodland. Go down this soi and it is halfway down on the left.

  2. What I meant to say is that when downloading through Vuze or Utorrent, I would get 1.2mb downloads, now the maximum is 345 kbs (25% capacity), although all speedtests show 3mb/1mb line as normal.....the only real issues are with video streaming and downloading torrents, apart from that service seems normal or just a little slower while regularly surfing the internet!

  3. As stated in an earlier post, my 3mb/1mb 3bb Premier package has the full power on all the speedtests but since the last 4-5 days my downloading speeds have dropped 75%, from 1.2 mb to 350 kb. All seems to work fine until you start downloading or watch videos on Youtube. I have called and stopped by their offices many times. They sent their tech, who states the line is fine and running at 3mb/1 mb and the lower download speeds are due to internal wiring in the house, which I know to be untrue......it was running fine for 4 yrs and internet is fast(for this package) until you decide to download or stream videos. Any suggestions? I suspect this to be a local issue, where they are throttling or there is some issue with their lines or servers....anyone else experiencing excruciatingly low download speeds on 3bb lately? Thanks!

  4. I have had similar problems in the last 4 days. My package is the Premier 3MB/1 MB! The speedtests show these speeds, however downloads are running at 25% capacity(from 1.2 mb to 350 kbs). I have called many times, stopped by the office and had the tech over...As he sees the speedtests, he says all is fine....when I show him the download speeds and Youtube clips stuttering...he says its the house wiring. Which I am sure it isn't, as I have checked the speeds on Java based speedtests. I am sure they are throttling speeds. I am in the same predicament and I am not getting positive feedback.

  5. Thank you, for sharing your experience. I am on the Premier package for the last 5 yrs. Just this last week I have been throttled down to 25% of capacity. After many complaints, they deny any error or disruption of service. I am also thinking of making the switch!

  6. I highly recommend Dr. Mason as well. I had acl and meniscus surgery(arthroscopic). Just remember that 75% of the recovery is doing proper physio and exercise afterwards.

  7. I also ordered an item from Amazon with USPS and my item cleared customs, they said a delivery attempt was made and they would come back the next working day(which they didn't).....Luck of the draw, I guess!

  8. Second road was a two way street, Pattaya Tai-3rd road intersection had empty fields, third road and Tepprasit road were so little used dogs would sleep in the middle of the road....3rd road and buakow had a lot of empty plots of land....the way too Jomtien(Tappraya) was dark, breezy and mostly fields as well. Beach chairs were 10 baht, Jomtien Complex was abandoned and a ghostown, opposite there was a swamp with a family of vagrants living in it. Royal Garden had a Popeye chicken franchise, the upper floor was not remodelled and there was an open food court with a lot of weird old timers....The road which goes around to Jomtien from Bali Hai was non existent, there was a camping/hotel at the walking street end....there were very little traffic lights, no u turn or right turn lanes on Sukhumvit, the Darkside was the countryside and Mapprachan was a natural outing for a day....Paying bills was interesting, water in Naklua, Electric in Banglamung and if you missed a payment Bang Saen for UBC....Traffic outside of Weekends was a breeze...riding a motorbike past the Dongtan turn at night could be hazardous....Soi 7 was an abandoned street...Immigration was on Soi 8 behind all the bars...Tuk Com was an abandoned/closed Shopping center.....There was on old wooden pier in South Pattaya before Walking....This was only 15yrs ago. In conclusion, different demographics now- a lot of Russians/Chinese/ Indians....better restaurants/shopping but more congested....It was more laid back then and now more aggressive.....Life changes accept it or get left behind.
