Swans are playing McMartin this week against Hawthorn. I hope he is a lot better than his brother.

A quick wrap of this weeks fantasy.
Alex's Delightful Dees had a good percentage booster over Numnuts 1877-1009 and will be delighted with his red and blue scorers.
Great score of 1967 for Grannys Apples to get over Rip with 1840(good score as well)
Final game came down to the last minute of the last game with FJ's Flyers falling across the line over Chooks Saints
1648-1642.
So after 5 games the ladder is Grannys Apples undefeated followed FJ,Alex,Chook,Rip and Numbnuts bringing up the rear.
I am glad Numnuts is there but in reality I am last.

I agree Rip but i thought early the umps threw the whistle away so Brown's free kicks he didn't get evened it up.
This was not the Umps putting the whistle away. We are always informed that all goals are reviewed. To day it was proved that this is incorrect. Sorry they may be reviewed but not before the ball is bounced. The AFL have to change their procedure. The goal review people have to inform the umpires it is clear to bounce. We used to wait for the TV channels to show their adds before the bounce so this I think this is more important . It can change the out come of a game.

Now a whinge.
AFL umpires always state that all goals are reviewed. They should wait until they do before they bounce the ball. The replays clearly showed that McVeigh touch the ball and it should have been a behind instead of a goal. The AFL have stuffed up again.

Wops..for you Thai living guys, Thompson was released on bail over drugs etc found in his bedroom that has his DNA all over them.......
We do read the news from OZ.
I liked this little quote
Detective Senior Constable Naomi Bourke told the court Thompson was a flight risk because he had access to large amounts of money and a yacht.

Travelled from Phayao to Chiang Rai this morning. I have not done the trip for about 4 months. There were a couple of cameras there before but now there are about 4 more. They are mainly inbound after the Chiang Mai turnoff. The cameras are apart of the electronic speed indicators. There is a sign saying speed zone is 90 kms with a camera sign as well. About a km up the road they have the electronic speed indicator. After a car past me I saw the flash just above the speed indicator. So be aware of these cameras. I have never seen them before

We got there at 1015 this morning and all the car parks were still roped off. I was lucky that I found one area where the rope had fallen off. There were some Thais that were pleased as well. We were going to Tops which opens at 10am.
When we left at 1330 there were cars parked where I have never seen cars parked before.
It is school holidays and the lines at the movies were big. Apparently the new Marvel movie is very popular.
We then went to Big C and the lines of cars were big. We were lucky and found one very easily.

Huge storms this afternoon. The lightning was fierce and very close at times. Strong wind during the storms. We 3 storms within 90 minutes. The first missed us but the next 2 made up for it. Had to turn the Aussie Rules telecast off.

I know this intersection very well. The driver is a total <deleted>. The vehicles turning right were very lucky not to hit him. He has travelled from about 50 metres on the wrong side and across 3 lanes of the road to be where he is. He should tuned left and travelled about 800 metres to make a legal u turn. A great example of laziness and disregards of fellow divers.

I do believe that you can still join the tipping comp at this late stage. Even if you start on zero wins, you will not be too far behind me.
Good to see your back Jo.
As Radar stated stick your tips in. I think they give you the away teams for the the weeks you missed. The maximum you can score is 5 per round.

Woah, never saw that one coming.
I think it's a first that nobody has picked a winner in the last
two Friday night games.
Very true Will. I have never seen it before. Lets hope we all improve this round. Did anyone take the Swans in the Gauntlet?

The teams for the playing on Tuesday and Wednesday do not get announced until Monday.

Today!
That would be much in favor of you.
Bangkok Bank note buying today would be a miserable 23.55 (TT would be 23.88).
I got a shock as well. I looked on Transferwise this morning and they were offering 24.24.

I did my extension to day using Australian Dollars. The rate they used was 24.66 baht to the Aust Dollar. This was up north. They had it on a list with other currencies.

Well Trend Setters
A tough round of tipping this week with a few upsets.
Mr Smith continued his good for with 7 and maintains
his 2 win buffer.
AlexRRR and myself were the other 2 that tipped 7 with myself
being closest to the margin.
Well done Will. Great to get an early win.

Photographs needed?
Passport copies etc?
I transferred mine in 2016 at Chiang Rai. I handed over both Passports and nothing else. There was no charge. There were 2 stamps placed in my new passport. Mine is an Australian passport. The Embassy put a stamp in the old passport and no letter was required.
