If you use a mobile device: We are aware that we need to adjust the position for the arrow-goto-top button a bit upwards for some mobile device types (there is some 500+ different screen sizes.) Work in progress, will be fixed within a day or two!

It's a different age in a "prostitution establishment", e g if you pay for sex. 15-18 yo is the confusion. Section 8: Anyone who has sexual intercourse with or acts otherwise against a person over the age of 15 but under 18 in a prostitution establishment, with or without their consent, will be imprisoned for up to 3 years and fined between 20,000 to 60,000 THB.

In Thailand, the age of consent is 15 years old, meaning that anyone under 15 years old cannot legally consent to sexual activity. Sexual intercourse with a child under 15 is criminalized, with or without consent. The punishment for sexual intercourse with a girl under 15 is 4–20 years in prison and a fine of 8,000–40,000 Baht. If the venue doesn't take QR payments, try to ask staff or owner and they are always willing to accept, in my experience. Cash is so 1990's.
