  1. I agree with most of what you state. However, there is a difference between those of us in the west who know what atrocities have been committed in our name and have a right to object, albeit frequently to no effect. Those in Russia mostly know little of what is happening and those that do can only object at the risk of being imprisoned for many years. Many Russians I have spoken to are as horrified as I at what is happening in their name . They can do nothing to change the situation except perhaps tell their friends and relatives back home the truth of the situation. There should be no aggression to Russians on holiday here or who live here as we do, maybe they live here to get away from Putin's regime. This is a war with Putin and his cronies not all Russian people.
  2. Im still using the old one which I used OK for last 2 years. Did 90 day online 10 days ago without any problem
  3. I've been doing 90 day reports for 2 years now without too many problems. Does anyone know if this is an upgrade to the existing site or a complete new site. Tried to register but it rejects the data, maybe because Im already registered on the existing site or maybe its another great Thai website. Tried on Chrome I.E. and firefox without using VPN with same result.
  4. TPN media notes that, overall, the Thai government did not say that there was any blame or fault on their end for the delay of QR codes, but blamed nearly the entire issue on user error. Of course, we all know how good the government agencies websites are.
  5. When with they learn that Thai government agencies are incapable of producing websites and outsource to a reliable company.
  6. International tourists ? Apart from the guy in the foreground most look Thai
  7. Went to the Pattaya Health Unit last week in Naklua fish market to get a Yellow passport (strange place to have a health unit) . They said no appointments to make an application left for this month. Im away next month so I called Chonburi health unit, they gave me another number to book appointment. Called that number several time but never been picked up. Given up for now, will try again later after usual confusion has been resolved.
  8. Still with COE, insurance, expensive PCR tests. 500 b fee on arrival and any other requirements they have time to impose and then the fact that governor's of all 76 provinces have the authority to set their own requirements and restrictions to enter in to the province, Its hardly a recipe for a care free holiday.
  9. Anyone know the current requirements to travel by car ferry to Koh Phangan and Koh Samui. We are both fully vaccinated.
  10. I guess he's been reading the UK news. This is exactly what Professor Andrew Pollard who headed the Oxford Astrazenica research program said back in August https://www.thehindu.com/news/international/herd-immunity-not-a-possibility-with-delta-variant-warns-uk-vaccine-expert/article35855080.ece
  11. But this is Phuket, gota keep the tourists coming. The millions without a first jab can wait !
  12. The contract with Astrazenica has not been made public so we don't know the implications of such an action. As I understand it the materials for the production of the Vaccine in Thailand are supplied by Astrazenica so they would have control should the contract be broken.
