You sure about that...???????? 128,000 deaths...???????? 303? (https://g.co/kgs/R1X57y)

If Thailand wasn't for you that's fine...but don't say it has anything to do with Covid, which wasn't even a thing when you left. It has been objectively worse for people in the UK than Thailand.

And if the UK was such a great choice (assuming you have a very fulfilling life there), why do you still follow and post on a Thailand focused internet forum?

To laugh at all the <deleted> you put up with. i spent the last 10 years with my Wife in Thailand because we both preferred it to the Nursing homes in the USA. i bought a 3 bedroom Townhouse, had a maid and nurses aid worked 24/7. My wife got to see her family and eat all her favorite foods. It was a bitch for me with the visas cause i had to return each year for my Medical issues. she passed in 2019 and i returned in 2020 for my grand daughters 1st Birthday. i got stuck here till May 2020 but returned and got my Pfizer shots in February. Brought over my 2nd wife and she got her shots in March. yes i am Happy now and doubt i will return to all the <deleted> in Thailand. Happy in Florida !!! Even have air conditioning in all rooms so i din't sweat and <deleted>, lol !!!

And this is the problem.  Hospitals can only deal with COVID, nothing or little else.

Look at India - they have no oxygen.  Of course that's a significantly poor third world country with a notoriously poor standard of life, where the poor simply never go to a doctor in their lives.  Kids get sick?  Oh well, have more kids.  No doctor, no treatments.

So what ends up in a place like Thailand is surgeries get delayed, people suffer, and it ends up being a big big problem.  We are currently dealing with a huge backlog in surgeries with people genuinely suffering day after day here and it's really sad.

I do hope that they can fare well - they have great doctors in Thailand!

The have great Doctors in Thailand???  Went to Bangkok Hospital in Korat for a tear in my rotator cuff. Saw a specialst and

told him i needed a shot for my pain. he gave me Celebrex, 400mg. I gave him a copy of all my meds.  asked, any interaction. He said no. Went home and almost took the medication. pulled out my computer and checked, Web MD for Interactions. Had i taken the med would of had a stroke or heart attack. Called my Cardiologist in America. He said go back and ask the doctor if he knew how to check interactions. Next day went back and got a cortizone shot plus an Apology. It would have taken just 1 or 2 pills to kill me !!!  Great Doctors??? A Specialist too !!!

Lounges are closed world wide. I’m sure some sort of food/snack and water will  be served on long haul flights ?  As precaution take some vitamin bars they sell in health shops, even supermarkets and chemists. Only one cabin bag.

Nope, Left Swampy on may  11th, Business lounge as open, Flew to Inchon Korea, Lounge also. on to Atlanta, business lounge open.

All flights had Hot meals  and Booze.

  4. Used to fly Thai from LAX to BKK when it was a direct flight. Did not mind the extra cost. Those 747"s are like the U S A F

B-52's. A very Strong plane, not plastic like the Tinker toy jets of Europe. Had a bad flight with almost 2 full hours of

Great Turbulence and Drastic altitude changes. Don't know how those wings stayed on. the Plastic Euro jets would of

fallen apart or got lost somewhere. Well, the management will Bankrupt this Airline soon enough. Better buy allot of Black Paint

to cover over the Tail Emblems soon !!!

my advise stay in your home country ..if u from europe most the schooling is free and an average European  educated is way ahead of a high Thai educated...( even to receive very good education in los = average by Europe standards costs a fortune anyway...) so for the future life of your children europe in many many ways is better

if u expose your kids to your cheating low life ex and to her way of life u definitely dont do them any good....

westerners always dream the Thai dream but its a dream real  everyday life ( work/ school/ income/ safety// traffic/ pollution/ food quality/ safety/ corruption levels/ general knowledge about the  world / technology / business and work practices/ racism / democracy / old age cate system etc etc )  in most other country's is 100 times better safer cleaner than in los.....but if u are from the usa Thailand can be better in many ways...

Most people have no problem with racial profiling....so long as they are not the ones being profiled.  Having said that, I'm all for getting these thugs out of the country.  But I do feel for the law abiding black dudes--particularly African-Americans and Brits--who get caught up in the hoopla.  Thailand should consider banning some of these African countries.

Have plenty of African-Americans and Black Brits that are Criminals !!!

Do not have an operation in Thailand. I have had and know of others who have had horrendous experiences.

My son had his done in Bangkok hospital. He could not work as a pilot for over 9 months. Mine was fixed in America and i was done in 4 months and i tore both the rotator cuff and bicep on my right arm. I also had an Orthopedic surgeon who almost killed me at Bangkok hospital. I showed him my list of medications and he wrote them down too. He gave me 400mg of Celebrex which would of caused a Stroke or Heart Attack according to my American Cardioligist. It would have had an interaction with both my Blood Pressure meds. I asked for a shot in my shoulder but he gave me the meds instead. I called my doc in America and he said Do NOt take it. Went back to Bangkok hospital and the doc appoligized and gave me the shot im my shoulder ...:shock1:
