Allan, 60kmh isnt "bicycle speed". I went down with maybe 50kmh and i wasnt able to control any of my movements. Without fullface i may would still suffer from injuries. Dont tell me you can avoid hitting the street with your chin at 60kmh.

I respect your decision to wear a open face. Good you wear a helmet. The only time i wear an open face is when riding to the park for sports. After 5km running in the heat i am not able to wear full face

i sweat incredibly easily, and any blockage of direct airflow causes me to sweat... im pretty sure even in a ventilated jacket i will be sweating like im in a sauna....

Yes, you will, same as i do. The vented parts are fine of course, all other parts will get wet as soon as you stop or go low speed. Worst are the parts with armour and the back protector, if their is one.

Do you need protection at low speed? Depends more on the accident than on the speed imo. So better it is.

I can recommend 5.11 taclite pro pants. Imo best pants for slow riding. All double layer where needed. And much stronger than jeans. Maybe i should try a taclite pro shirt too, not sure.

I got mine cheap in a shop called " 71 Export" in Bangkok. They sold old stock (second quality) a while ago for 500-700 Baht. But you can get them in several outdoor shops too, e.g. tank store. But tank store is pretty expensive, you can get them cheaper, even in Thailand.

Some people here at TV always are start comparing the Benelli TNT300 (called BN302 in some other countries) with Ducati or other much bigger +600cc bikes. Never have seen this happen before. There must be something with the Benelli that makes them nervous. And some even start playing the "i have the bigger bike" card now. Curious what comes on page #13. Maybe the "i ride much more than you" card?

Yep, already lots of Benelli bikes on the streets in Bangkok too. Thai people buy them, made in china is no problem. Same same as made in thailand if proper QC.

Not so sure a sports bike makes you any younger. But you may feel younger, so go for it.

Agree with bobbin, just because some Honda bikes blew up, it doesnt make the Benelli 302 any better. But on the other hand, just because there were chinese bikes that blew up in the past, this doesnt make the Benelli 302 any worser.

And maybe it is better if the Benelli dealer network is growing not too fast. There sure isnt any use to have unrelieable service at every corner. We already have too much of these low quality shops from all kind of brands.
