I'd like to see them allow limited land purchases if it is related to your domicile. Allow foreigners who move and live in Thailand to own their home. I'm fine with restrictions on people looking to buy investment properties or hold/flip real estate.

55k is enough to live and enjoy BKK but it ultimately depends on your lifestyle and needs. What does retirement look like for you and have you been to bkk before?

noone is going to come to thailand just for some cbd. if they actually legalize weed though, that would be a massive game changer.
