good thing they don't have this on the license test or we would all fail, sans Briggsy apparently.
Here is my take:
Green: Couldn't afford the 4 door truck so instead took the 2 door and jammed everyone in the back.
Black: Money is not the major concern but not overly rich
Multi-coloured : Steve Martin types who don't want to be seen as ordinary riff raff
Blue: Hired help
Red: Avoid me at all costs - either I don't know how to drive or I want people to think my 98 Civic is new.
Am I getting warm?
Pretty close and it even makes sense!

Blue more than seven seats, that's very strange, must be in the back of beyond because where I am I am looking at a fleet of cars, all with five seats and all with blue number plates???
-
No they DONT DGS. Try again.
Only the speed limits vary, but who cares about them
-
Black number plates are for private owners, green for commercial/industrial use and blue for fleets such as hotels, airport cars etc. All road rules apply equally.

At 74 he didn't have long to go anyway. Who cares, his victim didn't get any appeals.
Good Riddance.
Capital punishment should be banned world wide a bit like you.

Moobaan. Security with cameras hopefully, rubbish removal, gardening facilities maybe, visitor control including salesmen etc. Better neighbours if lucky.
Stand Alone. Soi dogs with no control, unwanted visitors, noise, difficult neighbours, possibly no rubbish removal. Possible snakes, rats etc. particularly from people putting out food for 'dogs'.
I have tried both and until I can have my own security person 24 hrs, I wish, then I will stick to a Moobaan anytime. Just be very careful in picking the right Moobaan. Always make a visit at night and weekends, gives you a better idea of the noise that can go on. My one problem is that my Moobaan is between two large temples, fine except at party times of the year.

It is cheaper than having to pay someone to take it away. Do you know of any 'free' legal rubbish tips?

The head line says Doi Saket yet the photo is nothing to do with that area.

RCD's in Thailand are not always safe and should not be solely relied upon for safety, especially if you do not have a complete earthing circuit. ELCB's don't work either without a complete earth system. The box as it stands looks fine providing you are sensible in the power consumption. By the size of your boxes I would expect that you have a three phase system at a minimum of 60 amps per phase. I have recently added an additional circuit to my house but free issued all the cable, sockets etc. to ensure that I had the correct sizes for the required power consumption expected.
What means "free issued" ???????????
I went and purchase the cable, fittings etc. myself and then gave it to the 'electrician' to install, that way I knew the cable was correctly rated and the fittings were reasonable quality. Only paid the 'electrician' for labour. Does that help.
On another tack three phase in Thailand is not the same as three phase in the UK or USA if it comes to that. Depending upon your property requirements you can have either a single power line installed or three separate power lines. With three power lines they are still installed to the same distribution box but the outlets are split three ways, each one rated at 60 amps in Thailand. Care needs to be taken to ensure that the circuits are kept separate and cannot be connected together.

Medical certificate and proof of address not insurance.

The picture looks more like a common water snake which are not poisonous. Spending most of their life around or near water sources, khlongs etc.

Another Troll wasting everyone's time??
As far as a four year old goes, guess it was not for religious reasons so why do it without the boys agreement. Let him wait until he is old enough to legally decide for himself.

New insurance cover for the over 70's not available in Thailand, I tried to get cover and I worked in insurance in Thailand for many years. A Danish company will offer world wide cover at about 500 USD per month???

Pallietive care all they do is give u pain control medicine...sometimes too much.
The Oncologists are liars and cheats and will try to bullshit you.
They get kick backs...free holidays etc from the medical companies.
They drive luxury cars and and cant cure you once you get this.
Biggest lot of cr..p I have ever read. Have been there done it, op chemo etc. and recovered. The oncologist was great, very helpful and I funded it myself. Oncologists are doctors and I have to meet one who is as you say. Not sure where you come from but it sounds like the middle of nowhere someplace.

Those who are paying 6, 7 k should check their deep down values of respect to human being dignity. Ask yourself what you can do with this amount of money? Strange enough these people will talk about justice, democracy and humanism while their actions are far from that.
Another useless quote from a Troll with no understanding on Thai lifestyles.

I don't know anyone paying less than 13k.
You guys must be in Bangkok.
Down south alot of maids are getting between 4-6k a month.
Agreed, up North 13k would be incredible, more like 5-7k, anyone paying 13k plus needs their head examined and most likely American. Even when I lived in Bangkok never paid anything like that.

I'm sorry but didn't the price of gasohol go down more than the increase in propane? These cars do not use propane unless they are on the highway. City driving uses more gas whereas highway driving uses more propane. So how is this DEMAND justified?
I think people are getting things very wrong, NGV is not Propane but natural gas which is under high pressure, when the car is converted that is all it can use. Most taxis use LPG or Liquified Petroleum Gas, which is low pressure hence the size of the tank in the boot, and can switch to either, so what is their grip?
