Looks like we could be heading for a new Cold War in Europe .

Allowing farang to buy and own their house and land would also make a big difference to the property market as well but TIT . Should only apply to the previously owned and not new builds as is the case in Australia .

I would imagine they are made like most locally built , cheap and don't last very long before breaking down which is why most are imported .

As long as DNA evidence proved he was the killer then he got what he deserved imo .

I am going to Pattaya next month and asked my local office if I had to report to immigration there and was told no as the hotel has to do that .

No , absolutely no plan of retirement here don't have the funds and will be going tourist visa next January when my non o extension finishes and then going back to Aus for good with the dollar forecast to go down to 0.54c US . 

So no working cctv along that part of beach or not installed ? 

Uttaradit is where I am which is a long drive to Mukdahan but done it a couple of times before . Thanks for the info , can I get the extension locally or have to go back out again .

Thanks and how many times can I go in and out before having to head home .
