be careful a lot of the software is pirated and full of viruses and trojans as a lot of these places cant afford or dont want to pay for the real deal

i think they will need more than one of these as they cant see every where at the same time . if used properly in conjunction with uniform and plain clothes police it will work otherwise just another show of a waste of time and resources .

Well, which one is it? Most people who have stab wounds and are found in a bag don't typically die from 'drowning'. Jeeze.

Huh? He could have been stabbed non-lethally then thrown into the pond where he drowned. The coroner will need to see if water entered his lungs as evidence of drowning and whether the stab wounds were sufficient to cause death.

I watched the full video and read the article. Jamie Keith says; (“I was vulnerable and they were obviously after one thing and one thing only, it was my money. It was a way to bribe my way out of it"). But was it? That was only his opinion, but nowhere has he mentioned that the police actually asked him for money or how much money was involved.

Also the fact is that the couple were not wearing helmets, which is a negligent act and against the law, plus considering that the couple had been out during that night, it is possible that they had been drinking, as many of the pictures of them out dining in the video have an alcoholic drink on the table.

If you look carefully at the video, it appears that Jamie Keith did not indicate he was going to turn right and the other motorcyclist attempted to over take him, then suddenly Jamie Keith pulls sharply over to the right, hence the collision.

Another point is, that although the other party was also not wearing a helmet, there is no mention of the extent as to what injuries he sustained during the impact? Because I very much doubt that the guy actually got up and simply walked away from this.

These are only my observations and it appears that the couple were not entirely blameless regarding this tragic event and therefore unjustified in portraying the other party and the police as the complete wrong doers in this case, plus the allegations being made against the police here are unfounded without any evidence to back it up.

Extremely tragic and my heartfelt condolences go out to the girl’s finance and all others concerned.

The question should be, were the police right to place the blame solely on Jamie Keith? As he allegedly claims? ALLEGELY. As after perusing the video and article, in my opinion the police were justified in this case to want to bring charges against him and also in my opinion, I believe Jamie Keith got off lightly, that’s legally, because tragically he has lost his finance, and will never recover from that.

you said you watched the whole video and no money amount was mentioned . did you not here her father say it would cost $20,000 to $30,000 to get him out or just not listening .

i live approx half way between Uttaradit and Sirikit Dam and is a beautiful place to live and generally very quiet . the 2 golf courses are good but prefer the sirkit course , better to play and cheaper everyday price 900 bht .the lotus tesco expansion is almost complete and should be much better when finished .great place to live you can pm me anytime .

sorry but what thai bank in their right mind would loan a 70 y/o foreigner money regardless of any guarentee he/she may offer.im sure there are so many guarentees that are not honoured in this country and they just refuse to pay,whats the bank going to do too try and get money from people who dont have it to pay.should get a second hand car that the ops friend can afford without going into unnecessary debt at that age.

ive just spent 6 days using 8 different anti virus programs to remove all the worms,trojans,viruses and malware . my comp became so slow and my a/v showed no infections . i used an uninstaller to remove it completely and then proceeded to download software one at a time , updaing and then scanning to remove what infections it found uninstalling and starting a new one and eventually removed 27 infections but not one program could find them all ( <deleted> ) my comp is now running much faster and no problems but will continue to change my anti virus software on a regular basis.all very time consuming but i have plenty to spare ,

if they were taking photos of any damage for reference against claims then you could say they are doing something to at least try and stop the scams but cant see any cameras in the pic.

ive heard of people becoming mentally ill after joining but not after failing the entrance exams but this is thailand and anything and everything happens here lol

is this what happens to a person who takes his job seriously and cant be bribed.my personal opinion for what its worth is that he is doing a great job and should be left where he is in the best interests of the country and not big money.
