Hard-line House Republicans itching for shutdown, impeachment fights
impulse replied to Social Media's topic in World News
I have no insight into the "context" You don't either, except what the MSM is spoon feeding you. Those are facts that should be investigated. The "dots" if you will. Hence, the need for an impeachment inquiry. To either connect those dots (and they are many), or to clear Biden's name. -

You can reasonably say the evidence on the laptop is unconvincing, or that it's not conclusive. But to claim that there is none is patently false. Just one example: Hunter's e-mail to his sister complaining about having to give half his earnings to Pop. If Hunter was getting dirty money by selling access to Pop, that incriminates Pop. It may not be convincing. May not even be true. But it is evidence, nonetheless. The pictures of nekkid hookers, crack smoking and other Hunter foibles don't interest me at all. But they may have interested millions of voters in 2020. -
You may recall that the EUA (and procurement contracts) gave Pfizer immunity from lawsuits. When the vaccine was fully approved, Pfizer kept selling it under the EUA instead of selling it as Comirnaty, which would have had a normal drug's liability exposure. So though it's the same stuff, there was a huge legal difference. I followed it for awhile, but don't have current info regarding what's being marketed. Lost interest after I was vaccine injured by my 2nd Pfizer jab. They'd have to hold a gun to my head to get me to take a booster..

You probably shouldn't unless you double up on your blood pressure meds. I, OTOH, follow Fox, CNN, Daily Caller, Politico, Western Journal, USA Today, Al Jazeera, RT and a few others. Because none of them are fair and balanced. But I look for the data, not the analysis. I still can't stomach MSNBC, and I only go to CNN if a link sends me there... Edit: BTW, "Laptop is Russian disinformation" should disqualify most of your sources as liars if you were being fair. -

Once again, you can question and absolutely disagree with their analysis. But they're not going to get the chronology wrong. It's too easy to fact check. And the chronology stinks. -

Based on the speed with which you replied, there's no way you could have watched the link. So you have absolutely no useful input. But don't let that stop you. Trump haters never do. Edit: Here's how I will respond, though. You can question and absolutely disagree with their analysis. But they're not going to get the chronology wrong. It's too easy to fact check. And the chronology stinks. -

Interesting update now that the entire Grand Jury report is available. Takeaway is that the results of the Grand Jury were accidentally posted before they even finished. The 19 defendants were mentioned the morning of, before the proceeding was completed that evening. Now, the rest of the report says the Grand Jury recommended indicting 39 people. How, exactly, did they know which of the 39 were actually going to be indicted that morning if the fix wasn't in? Trump may be guilty as sin, and that will come out in the trial. But something stinks about the process. Even if you completely disagree with these guys' analysis of the facts, the facts they lay out are disturbing. https://www.foxnews.com/video/6336940745112 -
Bad Biden polls stoke third-party angst for Democrats
impulse replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Not according to left wing commentator Ana Kasparian (The Young Turks): “California is *without question* a **** show under Newsom. But I guess propping up proven failures is what the Democratic party excels at these days,” Kasparian tweeted Friday. If they even lose Ana, from TYT, they've lost the plot. I've always enjoyed listening to her, though I've often vehemently disagreed. This one, she got right. My forecast, in order of likelihood: Michelle, Kamala, Newsom, Biden, the rest of the fricking world, AOC, JFK Jr. -

If you're asking whether the FBI withheld evidence during the Trump administration, that's a documented fact. They had the laptop for a looong time. Knew it was authentic, for a loooong time. Yes, that's indicative of suppressing the evidence. They suppressed for so long, in fact, that the statute of limitations has run out on several charges. It wasn't until after the Repubs won the house that the dominoes started falling. -

I was referring to the first part of your post that said there is none, so nothing to release. That is provably false. I don't even understand your reference to Trump and Barr in this topic of a Biden impeachment fight. -
Catch me up... Are there any updates on the tech where hydrogen is stored in the interstitial spaces of some porous material? I seem to recall it had some promise.

McCarthy has asked for very specific documents, e-mails and bank records. Biden's attorneys are declining to provide them. “If you look at all the information we have been able to gather so far, it is a natural step forward that you would have to go to an impeachment inquiry,” McCarthy told Fox News Channel’s “Sunday Morning Futures.”....An impeachment inquiry, he said, “provides Congress the apex of legal power to get all the information they need.” The "information we have been able to gather so" far includes over 100 bank suspicious activities reports, 1023 forms, testimony from IRS and FBI whistleblowers, e-mails from the laptop, and a myriad of others. You can reasonably claim the evidence isn't conclusive. (That's why they want subpoena power). But to claim that there is none, is patently false. But that's the narrative being put out by the Dems and the MSM. With the exception of the usual suspects, that I refer to as the right wing coconut telegraph. Oops. Can't say I blame them. A couple of years ago, I saw a group picnicking and playing Frisbee in the WW2 Cemetery in Kanchanburi. The Thai caretaker was having none of it... Kudos to him. I suspect they feel the same way about temple crematoriums. BTW, the Frisbee players in the K-Buri Cemetery were Asian, but I was too far away to tell what nationality. I was on my way closer when the Thai caretaker ran them off.

If your kid came home and said "Dad, I'm not doing dope, but don't look in my top left drawer" would you have evidence before you looked in the top left drawer? The Repubs want to look in the top left drawer... Biden's team of dozens of lawyers, aren't letting them. -
Nancy Pelosi: Democrat and ex-Speaker, 83, to seek re-election

He may be a troll, but he's our troll. I don't subscribe to the conclusions or analysis of either of these links. But that's where you need to go to see RFK Jr's claims. The MSM is silent on the issue... https://www.foxnews.com/politics/rfk-jr-campaign-accuses-dnc-being-undemocratic-demands-assurances-every-dems-vote-counts https://www.naturalnews.com/2023-09-08-rfkjr-democrats-rigged-nomination-biden-excluding-everyone.html The gist: "Two of the things today is they've moved the Iowa primary, they've made rules that if anybody campaigns in Iowa or sets foot, any candidate sets foot in the state of Iowa or steps foot in the state of New Hampshire, then none of the votes that are cast for that candidate will be tallied," RFK Jr. said. "In other words, any delegate that I win in Iowa or New Hampshire would go instead to the president. And now they're trying to change it that if I campaign in New Hampshire that none of the votes cast for me in Georgia will count, and that's significant because it's hard to win the nomination without Georgia." -

That may be true, but shouldn't the voters be the ones to decide whether he's bat cr@p crazy? Not some Star Chamber at the DNC, like they did to Bernie... -

Wow. Tag team lefties. I don't favor an impeachment (yet), but I absolutely favor an impeachment inquiry, granting congress subpoena powers to get at the documents, emails, bank records and other evidence they seek (and the Biden team is holding back on). If there's nothing to hide, why not just release the evidence? And fire the dozens of attorneys they've hired to squelch the evidence... -
Really? What could be easier? Have you observed how renewable energy has taken over that market for example? That's basically the result of government intervention funding the research and startups and putting priority on development of alternative non-fossil fuel energy. Have you observed the carbon markets? For the first time they're now becoming economically viable in terms of the market price providing sufficient incentive and funding. That's again the result of government intervention then the markets realizing that this is a worthwhile investment and taking it on. Have you observed the $30+ trillion in US gub'ment debt? Any idiot can throw money at a problem. Carbon market? What, exactly is the commercial value of carbon, other than a scheme to transfer wealth?

You were doing okay until you mentioned AOC. Not great, but OK. Then, you lost it... Bernie, I like. Though I disagree with him a lot. If you don't like what they're doing to those 2, look at what RFK Jr is saying about his primary struggles. Scary.
