I lowered the temperature to LOW and it seemed to fix the problem. Hopefully the problem will not come back. It is working fine now. Yes it supplies hot water to both  a sink and shower so it is not a dedicated shower heater. 

I have a Thai friend who maxed out her credit card and now cannot make the complete monthly payment. I am wondering if anyone has knowledge or experience negotiating with Thai banks concerning lowering the payments and or interest rates so lower payments can be made so she will not go into default and ruin her credit. Is it possible in Thailand ??

The hot water is set to medium. But I adjust the water temperature with shower faucet. Turning the faucet all the way to the right very hot water. Turning it back to left adds cold water to adjust the water temperature. Before I turned the faucet a bit right from middle and I would find my comfort temperature. No I turn it back to the left and it gets cooler but still to hot and I turn it more and the shower heater goes off and the water is cold. There is no middle ground. It is either to hot or cold. It is a 7000 watt British REDWING heater. enclosed it picture/

After five years I have problem with my shower heater. It is either to hot or to cold. One used to be able to find the comfortable temperature by adjusting the water flow about in the middle position with the shower faucet. Now the heater turns off when it is the position. Either very hot or very cold. Any ideas on this one ? Thanks

I have looked everywhere online for Cat home internet prices per month but can find nothing. In Pattaya it is 740 baht a month, but I am moving to Bangkok. Is the price there the same??

My electric water heater keeps going off and on. When is does come on the hose shakes about like there is not a steady stream of water leaving the heater. It is an expensive British made unit and I have had it for 5 years with no problems. I reset it and the light comes back on and then invariably it turns off again and water does not come out of the shower when the shower is turned to hot water, then it comes on again  

I am moving heavy appliances and I need a trolly (dolly). Any info on where to rent one would be appreciated

Does one need to have a specific type of Hot water heater to use with a rain shower device ? Such as the one pictured.  Example hot and cold fittings or a high watt unit.

I am having a bad moth here. My TV screen just flashed that I need to pay bull for Truevison of they will shut it off. I paid through 7-11, however I cannot find the receipt I always see them for a case like this and then it happens and it is gone. Does anyone know of another way to proof I paid. I am thinking there is not, but asking the question anyway.

I just had my second hip surgery within 5 yrs. My latest incidence was fail that damaged the 3 screws in my hip. I went to Queen Sirikit Navy hospital this time, whereas I went to Bkk Hospital in Pattaya the first time and felt I was way overcharged there, but the screws worked fine. At the Nay hospital the screws were taken out and replaced with one larger screw and a metal rod running down and connected in the knee area. I has been 3 weeks now and I am walking, but there are clicking and popping feelings from my hip area. I looked that up on the internet and it said that is not normal and may indicate faulty placement of the metal in my hip or a defective hardware. To end this post does anyone know if Hospitals or surgeon guarantee their work or implanted devices in Thailand. the USA and other western hospitals provide it if there is proof or maybe a lawsuit is necessary.

I would like to change to my immigrant 0 marriage extension to a retirement extension at end of my current marriage extension. Is this fairly straight forward or will I be jumping through hoops. I have come into some money and retirement extension are so much easier. Thanks for any info on this. I am assuming I will not need to provide proof of medical insurance since this is an extension and not a application for immigrant 0-A visa.
