How long have there been ATM's in PP? Would love to know where they are as on my last trip I was told there were none as the country is not linked to the World wide ATM clearing system.

I beleive the cosmetic surgery at BPH is very good, I have had one treatment and it was very well performed with results much better that I could have imagined, a friend just gave his GF a nice new top set and they look wonderful and she states it was virtually painless and again well carried out. ( they wont let me test drive them thogh )

I think you will find good and bad stories from all of the Thai Hospitals, you cant please all of the people all of the time.

I am not sure of the law here especially concerning reasonable force, however I would suspect that a shotgun used on an unarmed Thai intruder or even one armed with a knife might be viewed as excessive? again any one know the facts regarding this?

Currently I am in the US. Called my girlfried in BKK last PM. Call went through the first time but she could not hear me. Second & third try I got a recording saying the call could not be completed as dialed. Called her this AM & got through OK, no problem with connection. I also got an e-mail from her last night. All seems OK for now.

twobaht while sterelization may be more humane, have you any idea how many strays there are in Pattaya? i have no accurate figures but i would guess at thousands, and when you have a 3 year old daughter and strays near by, i will continue with my method.

I have a 9 year old daughter and a 7 year old son both have been with me here all their lives as well as the stray dogs, spend your time looking after your kids and keep them away from the dogs is a good start.

Don't panic. The standard 20 liter bottles @ 10 bath each serves 99% of the population without problems. You're more likely to get run over by a car or get dengue/malaria from a mosquito than get problems from this cheap and plentiful water.

Yeah but it tatses like crap.. The orginal poster was looking for quality rather than filtered tap water.

Mountain Spring 038367106 45baht a bottle and it actually tatses good, deliver as ofteen as you want.

One of the drivers recently left Mountain Spring and went to Amtech, without telling us he switched our 5 bottles and started delivering his water, I could tell at the first mouth full something had changed, as soon as I noticed the bottles I called Amtech and told them to bring my mountain spring ones back.

This topic is obviously of extreme importance to a great many as evidenced by 250 people coming out of the woodwork and viewing the topic right now. I've been making my 30 day runs for 15 years consecutively and my plans are to continue doing so right into this thing. I will not be intimidated
