    Living off grid will definitely help survivability but PREPERS are first on the list and main targets of the ill prepared if/when this all turns to <deleted>. Defence should be top of this list next to your tomatoes etc.

    I've sold various Condos whilst abroad using my legal council. All paperwork, transfers were completed after I signed a posted POAs for him to legally perform my duties with zero problems. So that's the key a trustworthy lawyer. Good luck

    As long as doesn't go direct from a Company account to your personal account then no problem a competent accountant can do the necessary

    As long as you aren't actively signing contracts, papers etc or physically working the director of the Company should be doing all the necessary, being a Shareholder doesn't invalidate your PE visa.

    The reality is as stated due to demand looking at a occupancy decline mid march , price will follow weeks or even months later but not much by the looks.Visa agents getting swamped with extention applications.

    If the last few years hasn't taught people how fragile our freedoms are and at the mercy of Governments then I'd say go for it if it makes him happy sort lived or not things can change again in a heartbeat blow the doors off live for the moment

    Agreed, Unfortunately cashless society is the direction we are going for full control over our funds by banks and Government and with that a greater chance of things like this happening
