so could i set up a joint bank account, and state in my will that the entirety of that account goes to my wife on passing? if so, and i was ill and able to, i could transfer any money i wanted to into that account, and she would have it instantly on my passing? she simply has to use her own ATM card for the account....... is this correct, and a relatively safe way to ensure instant cash for the mrs you think?

we have just started doing airbnb from a condo that we own, separate to our main house our house is in a thai company name, 49% each for me and the wife do you think we will be able to get the necessary paperwork to ensure that short term rentals are fully legally compliant? we are listing on airbnb, booking.com, agoda and VRBO. the reason i am a bit worried is that we have just received an email from booking.com saying "provide us with your property’s short-term rental licence number", and we dont have such a number has anyone had any luck applying for the required paperwork?

yes, you may be right eric. maybe it wasnt the IDC that i would have been sent. i was on bail tho for three weeks on koh pang yang and during that period lots of people told me that if i went to court and was found guilty, then i would be deported, and during the period from the court to the deportation flight i would be held for about a week and the conditions were very bad. maybe i would have been in the regular monkey house. maybe it would have been IDC. i am guessing immigration are in charge of deportation

the ear water pump is a electric pump with a nozzle the suction is a fancy machine, again with a nozzle, that sucks like a vacuum, and you hear the wax being extracted. but the nozzle was kind of sharp, and hurt quite a lot for me

i have an electric ear water pump from lazada. it pulses the water into the ear though a small nozzle hydrogen peroxide first, then use the pump. it works well, but after reading this i will be cautious re pumping the water against the ear drum i used suction before but the clinic who did it were a bit rough and i found it quite painful the satisfaction of seeing wax in the sink is awesome after pumping 🙂
