are u not allowed to gift your wife 20 million a year tax free? if that is correct (which i think it is) would you not then be able to send the money direct to her from your home country, tax free? and if she wants to pay for all the housekeeping, even better :)

the only public option to don mueang from HH was mini van, so a comfy vip bus is good news not sure what use the 2pm bus will be tho, as arriving at DM at 6pm wont connect with many flights also, is it the same comfy bus as the current swampy bus?

i did one other day in hua hin immigration..... i needed updated book from that day, i needed the statement from the bank, i needed the letter from the bank showing i was the owner of the account, and i needed my transfer slips for every month that showed the money being sent from the uk (Wise statements in my case) the main kasikorn in town sorted me out and knew what i required. 200 baht for the letter and 100 baht for the statement (my branch is in bangkok)

that's some serious jail time for what seems a minor offence!

i had a good mate who got 6 years here. served 3. said it was hell. good people go to prison here too. beware

we sold on facebook. join loads of the bangkok group and grung thep (using thai script) and write a nice ad with good photos, then post this to all the groups you have joined, then bump up the listings every week or two start at the price you want, then slowly drop the price if you want to. give it lots of sales spiel to make it sound like the bargain of the year also, post physical for sale signs in reception etc of teh condo building tell friends and offer them 3% / 5% of the sale if it completes with their buyer

why do old threads keep getting posted on the email newsletter? wouldnt it be better to post them when they are recent, and only once oi know this one is only a few days old, but there was one the other day that was 10 years old! is the number of new threads being started in decline?
