Paying the local police to find him guilty of something and arresting him may be your only option.   If his house burned down he may move.  If he rents, find the owner and pay them to evict him.   You can only deal with animals by being animalistic.   Confrontation not good as most thai men are spoiled 9 year old boys.

Had experience with an international school in Chiang Rai.  The teachers normally tossed off during the day, watching vidoes and playing games, then wanted the students to pay extra to actually learn after hours.   Simply a money making scheme for teachers and school (50/50 split).

Right off the boats, living off hand outs from the parents, fancies himself a writer.    Nothing new here,  4 for a dollar in Pattaya.

Hope you cannot get a job when your over 45.   That would be karmic.

Teacher and director need to be sacked, and teacher sent to jail.   Thailand schools seem to attrack the worst type as teachers.    Proves the stereotype that  teachers (mostly male teachers) are either pervs or bullies.   Same day another teacher stealing female students underwear.

Refuses a fair, 7 day car impound.  followed by 30 days for 2nd offense, etc.  In Thailand only financial punishment makes an impression.   We now have a country with no adult supervision or role models.    Worse traits coming to the surface on a regular basis.

Of course the storm troopers should be enforcing real laws.  Waste of resources.  But at the same time time, everyone and their dog knows e-cigs are illegal.  Why openly sell them in your shop?

One thing you can count on from people try to scrape by as a "internet celebrity", they will always keep TV filled with brilliant observations that the rest of us learned, understood and file away years ago.    Why is it people right off the boat think they are the only ones to observe things and Thailand and insist on "educating" the rest of us?

Very true.   90% of people who have problems here either deserve it, or made it very easy through their behavior.    This is not a Euro-nanny state.  Actually have to take responsibility here.    Or get used to starting "gofundme" pages.

Very simple.  If company reports to police and immigration that a foreigner cheated them, and they have his passport number, he will be stopped and arrested at immigration.  Best he can hope for, if he doesn't want to be held in Thailand and go to court, is to pay 20,000 plus gift for the police in order to leave.  Will surely miss his flight.       Contact company and pay back the extra money.   It aint rocket science.
