  1. Large white box having a yellow sticker is not exactly a WiFi box, but a box hardwired, via relative short ADSL lines, to TP-Link WiFi routers, present inside homes.

Consequently, local available internet speed actually improved. That's wonderful good news.

However, at the same time, the newest AIS ( 12Call ) internet [ smartphone ] SIM cards of 2013 do not seem to work anymore inside my good old Nokia USB dongles. Was allowed to tryout one of their SIM cards inside an internet shop at Bangkok International Airport.

  2. Picture of Remote Control MITSUBISHI RMA502A001:

    MITSUBISHI+RMA502A001.jpg

For me personally this maybe relative old remote control is quite difficult to find on the internet [ and in shops ( tried Udon Thani, Ban Dung and Ban Muang ) in the North East ] in Thailand.

Direct pointer somewhere in Thailand to exactly the device mentioned here above will be most welcome. Thank you in advance.

  3. at our home in Sakon N. people are allowed to call me an armchair specialist, however, presently, reading in the mobile bath tub holding a sufficient number of cube-shaped pieces of ice would be one of todays most pleasurable activities while waiting for an upgrade in umbrella technology to improve my reading skills while in shower lol

  4. How can people not see that this is (an attempt) at satire?

Strongly depends upon knowledge and personal experiences (sensitivities) of local histories on our planet. More explicitly, not being able to see that this is (an attempt) at satire is definitely a lack of knowledge, appreciation, care and love for e.g. Polish sci-fi satire.Specifically, a lilliput band operating from within and travelling in a closed bird cage reminds me of an excellent almost 3 decades old fantastic movie comedy, in which two characters, Maks and Albert, are told that Einstein was a woman and a man named Cain invented murder and tested it on his sister Abel. Later on they discover that not everything - if anything - is as it seems. A rather old question, whether or not there's something above Kingsajz, returned again...

  5. to be fair, the rain, an average day here in this season, disappeared very quickly. a real non new story, but then again a very slow news week. did we miss the cat rescue and the dog stuck between two buildings? as to the police, well they come out on parade EVERY day, .. as said, news is slow..

heavy rain may disappear more quickly than the water to be drained ... up in the north [east] I learned stopping our pickup car, get out, and pickup fish with my bare hands for loading our empty plastic bags ... and, then, when I’m not capable anymore of looking through the front window of our car, I´m not the only one, having enough time on my hands, for inspecting roads ... as to the police, doesn´t that parade occur in an area having a relative large police academy with maybe a new fresh load of students struggling for approximately a year to pass their newest exams and getting to their new destinations ;-) ... nothing wrong with having a well trained body and corresponding healthy spirit ... as to the news, almost everybody owns a cell phone, so, I wouldn´t worry too much ... really bad news always travelled relative fast ... the time we were waiting for horses to come is long gone ... at my age my memory is a bit confused, does not a well known story exist about a prince on a white horse somewhere… not sure, but maybe following picture applies ( enjoy the corresponding thoughts you may or may not experience while placing it in the context of the arrival of new news, maybe it´s some kind of reflection I´m capable of seeing in my rear mirror when I ask myself who´s doing all the work here biggrin.png )

    White_not-wild_Horse-Arrived.jpg

and, of course, no news is good news ... when my family doesn´´t pickup the phone it´s not due to the heavy rain but because of feared consequences of picking up their phones in case of lightning .,. smile.png ... at my age I´m also not so perfect anymore and have also to do a lot of additional learning myself... good luck to you all ...

  6. Dear Thaivisa owner,

Not satisfied? Want to try a different partner for free ? Here's a screen capture of one of the Advertisements taken from Thaivisa:

    CaptureThaivisa.jpeg

Maybe it is simply a matter of [ my personal ] taste... thank you but I’m not interested… I want to dislike / remove specifically this Advertisement in Thaivisa, and, actually, I imagine I’m not the only one who is not amused and finds the suggestion ( in Dutch ) quite disgusting ( for the two ladies involved as well ). And, please, don't tell me that this is ***my*** problem, so nothing can be done about this "problem."

    Kind regards,

    Jac.

Dear fellow Thaivisa member, thank you very much for the like... smile.png ...

    Hilarious+Capture.jpg

... managed to add my contributing of what I have to say today into the additional screen capture itself, so it's much more hard to located by presently existing software ...

  8. A relative high concentration of registered resorts can be found at the intersection of principal highway 22 and regional secondary highway 222. When driving up the 222 towards Wanon Niwat the number drops rapidly. Can not help you more specifically because I'm from a neighbouring district further up north and only paying regular visits to their hospital in Wanon Niwat. Finding access to a suitable family kitchen and a sleeping place becomes much easier when you take your time, drive around, and talk to the locals.

  9. A review can be found here.

IMO Dear Galileo (2009) is about human souls, like ships, riding upon the "sea of life." Two young ladies set course and make their way on distant shores (resp. London, Paris and Italy) using available anchors of life. They've trusty anchors waiting and ready to do their work when the need arises. With strong anchors they are quite capable to weather any storm. Sometimes an old wooden bridge may be of help to contemplate life underneath ("lighter runs faster"):

    Dear+Galileo+-+The+Lighter+Stick+Runs+Faster.png

Screen shot at the beginning of this movie shows not the anchorman Ron Burgundy but a bungee jumper which, yes, indeed, also looks like an anchor:

    Dear+Galileo+-+Bungee+Jump.png

First few shots actually prime the classification of this movie as typical Thai Comedy in which both Cherry & Noon follow their set of rules: #1 - no matter what happens, not to leave each other, and #2 - never break #1. Rule #1 is not a natural law. Natural laws can not be broken, by definition, so do not need rule #2? Now, lets hope the rope of the bungee jumper doesn't break. At the end of the movie it turned out to be a mix of Drama and Comedy.

Following video frame shows again a different anchor under also a special lightning condition created by a relative high tower above gathering as much daylight as possible. Quite a fascinating scene. Here one of the ladies brought in her work for the enjoyment of the other artists around her in Paris:

    Dear+Galileo+-+Anchor.png

Both girls are also each other's anchor or constant (hence rule #1). At least one of the ladies has a friendly face at almost every opportunity. The third movie star, a male named Ray, joins her in Paris. It must be the storyline who may've send the other [not so smiling] lady on quite a different mission. Rule #2 gets violated in Italy: the smiling one has been put on a plane by the local Italian police. The other one's soon to follow.

Had to use the pauze, rewind and play button quite often in order to be able to look more closely at some of the details present in the scenes displayed. You can use Google Maps to trace the 2009 locations and read the reviews of corresponding restaurants in London. Glad one of the restaurants near the Eifel in Paris was not present : - )

    Dear+Galileo+@+Pharmacie+-+15827_004.jpg

This pharmacist is focusing upon that quite handy tool of communication of her on the inside of his shop. One of the lights (M) on the outside is not functioning. The other blinking lights that do work on the outside of his shop point to simular things taking care of simular things...

Ok. That's enough for today. Enjoy the movie!

  10. Few years ago I used following device not for watering all plants in the evening and or during the night but for in hen house lightning:

    Hennhouse+-+552450_RB_00_FB_EPS_250.jpg

During winter hens will stop laying altogether and this should be looked upon as a rest period. However if you need the eggs and are perhaps selling them, putting a light in the hen house to stimulate longer days can prolong the laying period.

  11. Only weird organization talents would think of holding special Chinese wheelbarrow races for carrying the less jumpy frogs as soon as possible to their end?

Ever heard of earthworm farms? At following 2009 location WAG TV may be capable of harvesting images of harvesting earthworms:

Earthworm farming is apparently more than harvesting them the old fashioned way by only lifting and looking underneath a stone.
