Well perhaps not.... yesterday, Tuesday, the BHP scheduled a relatively impromptu vaccination drive for Westerners for AZ+AZ, so there presumably were no Pfizer second jabs going on. Maybe hear more today.
I thought the second Pfizer jabs were underway at Central Festival again this week ? Mine is tomorrow

I posted what happened so far above... 2nd shot on the 16th.... Certificate, as mentioned in other posts, will be issued the same day.
There is no ' better time to go' ; You get the appointment upon 1st shot..Mentioning personal details, name and batch of Vaccine..... Nothing further to mention..
Yes, you posted about your first shot, that was not the question, so yes you are correct, nothing further to mention about the first shot ????
The question was feedback on seconds shots which should be happening now . . .- 1

Would have thought there would have been more feedback here now that the 2nd injections are underway ? Busy ? Best time to go ? Paperwork given ?

Registered with as many as I could, nothing for ages, then Medpark Gave me a date, The very next day i got an appointment for Pfizer in Pattaya (Closer) Had my first Vaccination last week, but also over the last week have had 4 other appointments offered, all for Pfizer, Yes all in Bangkok, seems to be an abundance right now.

Also have to wonder when or if UK will recognise Vaccine given in Thailand ?

Just another little thing that i have fallen foul of today, while "Waiting" for your approval/Issue of your extension to stay based on marriage . . you have no current valid long term visa, so i was refused opening a Kasikorn Bank Account and also Foreign Deposit account . . "Sorry come back when you have visa (Permission to stay)" Plus also refused claiming Tax refund on interest paid in savings accounts, same reason
Told by both to come back when permission to stay granted . . I know neither of those are vitally important, but just another irritation op top of all the others regarding permission to stay based on marriage . . -

Funnily enough, after I had the appointment for the Pfizer jab at Medpark, I got an SMS from BPH for a Pfizer appointment at Central festival .... I am glad I took the Medpark appointment, they are very professional and well organized.
I had exactly the same, and decided to "Risk" the local Central Festival (If it had been a <deleted> show i would have jumped back in the car and gone to Medpark). . The local central festival was equally well run and organised, in and out in about an hour, and that included to 30 Minute wait after your Jab
Very appreciative of Medpark, and also had SMS and calls from other Bangkok Hospitals for Pfizer Vaccine all around the same days . .
Anyway, the first one is done, just over 2 weeks for the second -
I had retirement (From Jomtien) before, but am still working, and at the start of this Covid stuff people with Retirement Extensions were not being considered for a COE (Certificate of Entry) but they are now
So i changed to marriage (Proper Marriage) extension so i could go to work and get back in . . . . I guess it is possible they could do the same thing again, but very unlikely -

Even the retirement extension and quite a bit of paperwork and they still visit your home.
Paperwork about he same i know (with exception not needing wifes stuff, pictures etc)
Was not aware about a home visit when doing the retirement extension ? Thought it was issued same day ? -

Paperwork is more of the same (with a lot of the documents in the PC, just change the dates). Kr2 my wife does the day before going to Immigration (max 1 day old) and the Bank on the morning of going.
But then 30 days wait ????
But also the Visit to where you live . . having to get someone to vouch for you with a copy of their housebook etc and signing forms (again a little reward due to them for doing that) , Pictures in the Lobby, Near Notice Board, on the Entrance steps (Live in a Condo now), and more pictured with the Immigration officers, and then yes, the wait
They make it as painful as possible hoping you use an agent ? (More profitable for them ?)- 4

Thinking of doing the exact same thing, Painful the Visits and Photos and Person to identify you and of course the Kor Ror 2 update, etc etc, plus the Month Waiting, will change to retirement and do it all the same day.
Only changed from retirement to Marriage as the Covid rules at the time would not let me back in without it being Marriage . . .
But this Marriage extension is just so much more painful than it needs to be, and am over that . .- 2

Really appreciate all the replies and different ways people have achieved this goal, would be nice to have 50M+ and not be bothered, but with only the UK Old Age Pension to come in 6/7 Years time, and another very small pension, hard to plan exactly, got to guess how long i will live ???? My friends say i will die rich haha, which i guess is highly possible
Anyway, really appreciate all the ideas and suggestions thankyou- 1

Property in Thailand.
Not in resorts - in good city locations and attractive locations. 30 SQM apartments for young middle income singles and couples.
Spend 2 million on a unit and furniture, and rent out for 11,000 a month.
Buy a few, and if some are empty you won't feel the pinch. Don't buy large and expensive cos rental income won't be so good by comparison.
Have a couple already, Larger ones sadly, but 1 has been rented since the day i bought it (8 Years now) and the other just became empty, considering selling that one, would think about smaller easier rentals bought at right price, but very few people here now and rental values plummeted, although obviously should be much better than 1%

yesterday it was announced that the Thai Banks will now only guarantee 1 million baht, reduced from 5 million baht as of 11th August.
So if you want to keep 10 million here in Thailand, you are going to need 10 banks for it all to be guaranteed.
Yes been looking about that and considering options too

If I personally had 15 million baht spare I'd invest it in UK property (or your home country). Would only be return each year in rent of about 3-5%, but house would always be a safe, future asset and a future escape route if needed.
My early pension (55) and rental income is enough live on and at 67 my income will be extremely comfortable - and safe. I'm not a share person - but good luck to those that are
Nearly did a few years ago, but then my understanding the moment it did that my Salary from Singapore would need to be declared, hmmm aint gonna happen, not giving them money for nothing, have 30 Years National Insurance Contributions paid for very little to no benefit with not living there

If you have a work permit you should be able to get it out.
No Work Permit, work in and around Southeast Asia Paid from Singapore
But all money in the accounts have been internationally transfrred from Singapore- 1

Sadly never got around to opening a Foreign Currency Account and been here a few years working for an International Company in Asia, salary paid directly into UOB Thailand bank Account
(Used to be sent to UK but Barclays ripped off so much in conversion that i changed it to my UOB account and stopped losing maybe $500+ per Month in rate exchages)
Been very wary of all financial people after losing 40% of my QROP Pension transfer invested in a Fund that went broke !!
(LM Investment Management Managed Performance Fund Global Bond Portfolio )
Anyway, Long story short, have ended up with just cash deposited in savings account, paying very little interest, have been working on a plan using just drawdown as the criteria . . .
Am sure people here have multiple methods for creating a bit more interest than just a fraction of a % ?
Money seems to be trapped here as has been drip fed from Salary payments, and never in one go with the TT3 or whatever it is that you can then use to transfer back out, although i do have 1 TT3 for around 6M that was used to buy a Condo
I obviously am not interested in anything high risk (its enough it is here already) and considering options for part of the savings (Maybe 10/15M Baht) that is safe (ish-er) that would give me a little better return ?
Sure a few will think it is crazy to post something like this here, but also possible from reading replies and advice i may be able to pick something suitable that will help.
I really do welcome sensible replies please and am asking for help/thoughts that might help me with this, it is a genuine situation seeking genuine helpful replies
Thankyou- 2

Correct method for everest or fortuner rear red white led badge is connect red glow to brake circuit and white glow to reverse circuit.
Good car electric shop can modify the red led circuit to dimm level for continuous operation at night times and go full bright when brake is operated.
Law in thailand is not so hard about car light but is not so smart to have white light at rear when moving forward
Thankyou for this, Connect white to the Reverse is an option I had not considered, Thankyou ????

Perhaps if the OP has asked how to dim an led in the electrical section he would not have got any flack.
Whilst appreciate that the OP is trying to improve things for those unfortunates following behind, many are not impressed as this sort of thing can only add to problems encountered whilst driving at night.
I did post there also, and also got some help/advice, just thought i would post here too as it revolved around "Cars" and at the end of the day it was just a question how to achieve what i wanted
And whilst I also appreciate and understand the comments made, it did go slightly adrift ????
And Yes also was/am concerned about the affect of the lights from the rear, which is why i asked the original question, to be able to keep the light, but Dim it to such an extent that it becomes no issue to other cars following, as have also read many threads talking about this same situation on a Thai Language Board, with all comments directed at the intensity of the LED -

Just add a resistor to the supply line for the particular LED.
First identify the wire supplying power to the offending light, (usually on the plug going into the light) cut it so both ends are accessible, solder in place an appropriate resistor.
The resistor can get warm so an air gap between it and anything else would be recommended.
Most probably a 1 watt or 5w wire wound ceramic would be appropriate, the value of which should be determined by trial and error. These are cheap so I would suggest buying 1 x 500ohms, 1 x 1k ohms and 1 x 2k ohms and then try each one till the desired 'dimness' is achieved.
Tip: If after use of the highest value still does not reach the desired dimness, they can be added together, or even all 3.
Thankyou for this, Much appreciated a direct answer to the Question I asked ????
