Well start from that end and drive towards Tai, soi 13 on your right has the 7-11 on the corner, next is soi 15 on the right. The shop is on the left. Obvious with the grid ramps to get the bikes in and out.
Another ???? from me for this shop. Good job and not expensive at all.
Next to it is a shop, selling gas tanks. Well visible from 3rd road.-

Shaxian Snacks
I guess this place is related to the place on second road, near soi 6. Not sure though.
The place I'm reviewing just opened about a week ago on Naklua road, next to Lumpini Ville. Before of that Charoern Seafood was located there, now it was split up to a curtain shop and Shaxian.
Today I gave it a try.
Simple but clean interior.
The mom-style Thai-waitress was very attentive and always afraid that some ingredients or dips were to spicy for me. They were not.
We had
Steamed dumplings 80 baht
Tofu with preserved eggs 100 baht
And sirloin powder soup (?) 130 baht
There might be better locations around, but...
The food was very good, price/quality excellent and a friendly service.
Conclusion: I'll be back there soon.
BTW, does anyone know, if Charoern Seafood has relocated somewhere else?
I don't eat seafood so much, but they had other good dishes as well. E.g. Yum toor phu-

What is the name of the APP and where to find it, please?

Since my friend's wife gave there birth recently too, I can second each aspect.

You can buy borax over-the-counter in Thailand. Mix it with same icing sugar and place it where you spotted ants or cockroaches.
It works perfect for me and another advantage is that it is not poisonous for humans or pets.

Actually the German Consul Hofer will confirm your pension That will be all you need for the immigration.
He is located on North Pattaya Road (Thai Garden).

About Jomtien Immigration it is quite well described here:

Once I was looking for a Hatari spare part. Couldn't find them in the shops.
So I used the above mentioned email of Hatari service.
The part was delivered within two days. I can't complain at all.

Just used a fixed deposit account in Jomtien for my EoS recently. Well accepted.
Actually it can be accessed immediately, you will just lose the interest rate in that case.

Another place is here.
IMO not as good as the place mentioned above, but still okay.

For a good goulash I'd always recommend 'Das Wirtshaus' in Soi Pottisan now.
The chef there was educated by Gerhard who passed away last year. However Gerhard was especially famous for his sauces and his recipes are still offered there.

In general I would always recommend an implantologist who is doing nothing else but implants only.
Phyathai Hospital will likely be a good option.

As far as I know Pattaya/Chonburi immigration accepts 90 day report by postal mail.
They positively do.
All of the required documents by Thai registered mail to the immigration (18 THB at a post office - not agent).
Self-addressed envelope 3 THB.
It worked many times for me.
-
Pattaya Klang, opposite side of Ducati, is a very well known shop doing this kind of work.
-
BTW...
When heading to Naklua today, I passed 'Das Backhaus' in Soi Pottisan, where Gerhard/Das Wirtshaus published to reopen by 1st Oct. The shutters there were down, unchanged. No sign that some business will open there soon. -

Weisswurst and Weizenbeer at Bramburi
The Weisswurst is a Bavarian specialty, served there usually until noon only.
Source: Wikipedia
QuoteAs they are very perishable, Weißwürste traditionally were manufactured early in the morning and prepared and eaten as a snack between breakfast and lunch; there is a saying that the sausages should not be allowed to hear the noon chime of the church bells.[1] Traditionally, Weißwürste may only be served until midday because preservatives are not used, the meat is not smoked, and hence the sausage is made fresh every day; indeed, they are sometimes called morning sausages. Before modern refrigeration technologies, in summertime the sausages would go bad before nightfall. Even today, most Bavarians never eat Weißwürste after lunchtime (though it is perfectly acceptable to have a lunch consisting of Weißwürste at, say, half past one).
I recently heard that Bramburi in the deepest Naklua (Soi 12), called the German Bronx, is serving freshly made Weisswurst on Thursdays only.
Usually too far away for me and not in a region where I like to go.
Additionally I happen to know that Thomas, the host and a butcher master, has his roots at Hamburg. That is far North from the so called Weisswurst equator - 49° North, where Bavarian tradition ends. A no-go for Bavarians to have a Weisswurst.
However I'm not a Bavarian, but like to have a good Weisswurst from time to time. I tried them from Foodland and Makro. Not freshly made of course and not really good IMO.
Despite of all my doubts, I decided to give Bramburi a chance today.
Surprisingly it was a really good Weisswurst experience, I had.
For 150 baht came a pair of Weisswurst in a bowl of hot water, sweet Bavarian Haendelmaier mustard and a giant warm Brezel. Due to the big Brezel, the Weisswurst looks small in the picture, but in fact they are much bigger than the standard size. I wasn't able to finish my meal. They were definitely fresh, made with nice herbs, as it should be. Additionally I had a Snowy Weizenbeer (what is traditionally a must with Weisswurst) for 95 baht. It tastes similar to the German Weizenbeer 'Franziskaner' IMO.
An additional small bowl of sweet mustard for the second Weisswurst was given for free. Next time, I'll ask for some butter for the Brezel. It should be 15 baht according to the menu, but will give a better taste.
I won't become a frequent customer there, but I'll be back for the Weisswurst for sure.
Bramburi is on facebook, what I don't use.

Visited it tonight.
The wontons in peanut sauce weren't available.
I even asked my Thai companionship to re-translated my weak Thai language 'peanuts' - 'tuaw', it was well understood, but mai mee - no have. The only dish with a peanut sauce were some noodles.

Tipping in Thailand is not required in general.
When having food or drinks at a place, where service charge is added, I never would give a tip.
At other locations, I'll give a generous tip, if they offer a good service. No tip, if they don't. 50 Satang tip if the service is really bad. -
Anton moved from Naklua Road to Soi Roi Lang (27) about in the middle between Naklua and 3rd Road since Kiss Food opened at the old place.
I personally didn't like the buffet and and other food there a lot and went there only to meet people who liked the place and food. When driving by at the new place, I hardly saw a lot of customers. Maybe to far to walk from the bahtbus route.
Just maybe a month ago a friend reported that he had great food there. Rumours said that the manager 'Peter' is out of the business. Maybe a chance for improvement of the food quality?
So I visited the new location some weeks ago.
And yes, it was a good food experience. I personally liked the pork roast, meatballs, mashed potatoes and especially the Brussels sprouts. The price is still low, something less than 300 baht. From 9 or 9:30 pm they drop the price for the buffet.
I will be back, but before of the time when the Kee Niaus raid the buffet.

Den Swiss House, Soi Boonsampam.
Since the beginning of the tunnel construction at Pattaya Klang and Sukhumvit, I didn't visit the dark side.
Today I dared to go there again and visited Den Swiss House, Soi Boonsampam.
The main course I had was Chateaubriand with potato gratin for 320 THB. Perfectly well cooked as ordered : rare-medium. Small bottle of beer 60 THB,
The staff is very friendly and attentive. Not comparable to the common West-side waitresses.
In the main course the soup of the day and the salad buffet is included. The salad buffet is very good, three seasonings are offered. The soup of the day wasn't my taste today, but okay in general. In case I would complain to anything, it would be the soup only.
Conclusion: I will go there again for sure. A very good value for money. You'll hardly find a place like that on the West-side.
Sorry, I didn't take any pictures. They are on facebook, what I don't use.

From more than 200 rides with Mr. T., I just remember two negative experiences.
Once a driver asked for 500 Baht tip from Don Muang to Pattaya what I refused.
The other time the driver asked to pay for the toll fee that is already included in the total price. After I refused him, he stopped somewhere for about 45 minutes to take his lunch. No tip in the end.
All of the other drivers were reliable and happy with my 100 Baht tip.

That's terrible news ! How old was he? Anyone know what happened ? I mean he had big plans for the new restaurant. . R.I.P.
At the last evening when Das Wirtshaus was opened, I had dinner there.
I talked to Gerhard shortly about his future plans and what will be the special of the day the next day.
He replied that they would have closed that day. He got his liver function reading and the values were very bad. That's why he intended to go to the hospital the next day. I still wished him good luck, but it was the last time I saw him. R.I.P.

Swiss food. Unfortunately they close at 6 pm already.
Today, we had a rainy day and I took the opportunity to drive there.
My order was the Cordon Bleu, 225 Baht if I remember it correctly (with a soda 245 were on the bill).
As the side dish I chose the fries, others are available too.
Long story short, it was simply delicious. The cheese makes the difference. Not just Cheddar but a very fine Swiss cheese with a brilliant taste. For sure imported, not easy to get it here.
I would estimate the portion about 300++ grams. Couldn't finish it and took the half of it in a doggie bag back home.
The host and staff are very friendly and caring. Limited seating though.
