First, the Biden insulin price cap has not yet kicked in, so no one is paying less than they did. Big pharma supported Harris in the election. Virtually no one is paying hundreds of dollars a day for insulin. People that are uninsured are subsidized by the government. Putting a limit on what a company can charge for something may work in the short run, but it stifles competition. Making developing competitive drugs cheaper and easier will drive prices down, while it promotes innovation. If the government pit a limit on what one can charge for a mobile phone, how do you see that ending?
