Next time it might help if i open my eyes and read what is before me.

My problem is i tend to believe what i read on the internet.I expect owners of Guesthouse web sites to be honest and testermonials to be true and fair.I don't expect a web site to say the guesthouse is awful but if i travel a long way to stay somewhere i expect to see what is promoted when i get there.

Nearly squashed a sweet looking creature a bit like a chipmunk today but with a less bushy tail.Know what it was ?

Also had a mongoose like mammal in the garden but i thought they were African.

The Thai graduates i have met seem to be pretty well educated although they do seem to find it hard to be proactive and need much guidance.

Thais really appreciate if you adapt to live a kind of Thai lifestlye and don't spend your time in an air conditioned hotel.

No House Sparrows here in Korat, but hundreds of Eurasian Tree Sparrows.

Always stay at the Coconut Beach Resort.Great beach and great food.

Robsom says House Sparrows are resident all over Thailand so not a rare sighting except in the South.
