  1. Great win against a very good Spurs side we rode our luck in the 2nd half but got there in the end.

Degea what a fantastic keeper he is admittedly only 3 of the saves was top class but the others was made by his positional sense.

Give Ole the job now he is a breath of fresh air, Love his interview at the end saying I am not here to talk about myself ???? sly dig at José?.

All they need to do now is make their "Tourist Visa" the same as the Philippine version = stay forever on a renewable tourist visa and leave the country every three years. Simple way to compete with the current visa leader in Asia.

Are you dreaming?, That would cost Thailand to much loss in revenue, Those 1900 BAHT each visit to immigration and the cost of the Tourist visas from Embassy's is here to stay.

You don't think we'll buy a centre back in Jan?

No, We need one but my take is the owners will not fund Ole and will fund the new manager who comes in, I hope Ole gets the job full-time but I think the board have already chosen a manager but did not expect Ole to do so good.

Great away support from the Red Army once again tonight - the best away following bar none - put the 50,000 bar codes to shame

    Ole’s at the wheel

Tell me how good does it feel

We’ve got Sanchez, Paul Pogba and Fred

Marcus Rashford’s a Manc born and bred

Du du du du dudu du du

Du du du du dudu du du

    Greatest of English football

    We’ve won it all all

Bloody brilliant our away support, drowned out the home support for most of the match not a mean feat at St James park.

Not really familiar with anywhere in North Manchester but judging by a girl I used to see from Collyhurst, it's dodgy as ****. I've lived in Longsight and went to school in Hulme but for some I think of anywhere south of the city centre as nicer than north ????

Are you a multi with Chip butty you answered for him lol.

Have i missed something...why do we have to beat Cardiff?  What on earth are you talking about?

Anyway, isn't it a case of United fans larging it up!  No one else is, just you lot!!!

Not many of us are larging up, we know we have a lot to do but they way we have played the last 3 games has lifted us.

The word on the street is Ferguson is back on the training ground. Or is that  clickshite?

He was invited by Ole to visit and have a chat, I do really hope Ole keeps up his good work and gets the job permanent, He gets United and when he was at United a ex player said he studied and took note of Fergie.

City have come off the rails a bit. Not the team they were last season, problems in defence. Too many "what if's" in your post. I would actually prefer for City to win the title over Liverpool, but they really are the in form side at the moment, over the last few games, definitely head and shoulders above anyone, including City.

Don't write city off mate a win on Thursday night and the gap will be very catchable.

  9. Happy new year to all, Those interested in Mred he is doing fine I chat with him most days does not bother much with on here nowadays, He is over the moon with Ole coming in and along with me he was not a Mourinio fan we just backed him because he was our manager.

Been meaning to go around and see him as he has a copy of a book on United he is in and the author was a good mate of his and an old mate of mine from the 70's.

Who is Mark Dempsey? New Manchester United coach profiled

Man Utd have brought in Mark Dempsey to supplement Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's coaching staff.

Manchester United have a new coach on their books after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer added Mark Dempsey to his set-up.

Here's everything you need to know about him...

    Full name: Mark James Dempsey

Date of birth: 14 January 1964

    Birthplace: Crumpsall, Manchester, UK

Dempsey came through the academy at United as a young player in the early 1980s. He was part of the senior set-up under former Old Trafford boss Ron Atkinson from 1982 but never made the grade and joined Sheffield United in 1986.

You forgot to add he was Ole's right hand man at Cardiff and Molde and was on United's coaching staff before and was one of the ones Moyes shifted when he decided to strip the backbone out of the club.

Here is a look at the provisional squad he could choose from:

What will be your selection for the Huddersfield game?

David de Gea, Sergio Romero, Lee Grant, Diogo Dalot, Eric Bailly, Victor Lindelof, Phil Jones, Ashley Young, Luke Shaw, Marouane Fellaini, Nemanja Matic, Ander Herrera, Fred, James Garner, Paul Pogba, Andreas Pereira, Angel Gomes, Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard, Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial

I would like us to go 442 yes I know it won't happen but this is the team I would like to see.

                  Degea

    Dalot Lindelof Bailly Shaw

    Lingard Mata Herrera Pogba

        Rashford  Martial.

Yes all good fun to listen to but it shouldn't go unnoticed that martial still, i believe have the best minutes played/goals scored ration in the league.

Ask the United fans on here that contested he ain't up to it and Mourinho was right not to play him.  Thats where the real side busting laughs are to be had!!!

Mourinho didn't want to play him, Pochettino was extremely eager to buy him.  Go figure............

I think we can also expect Luke Shaw to flourish, getting further up the pitch into high up attacking positions that Mourinho would never allow, being all too focused on the defense.  You saw a glimpse of this from both full backs against Cardiff.  He will also benefit hugely from managerial support rather than public humiliation, as will a number of the players.

What would be a huge tactical benefit to United would be to have players with the speed and agility to form a three man backline when the backs want to play high up the pitch. Currently whilst Ole clearly wants to adopt that approach i don't believe he has the players to do this, and its obviously not his fault.  He just has to have the tactical brain to understand the current limitations.  Given time he my well flourish but he needs the time to find the players and then to turn them into a unit.

I still think he is limited in how he can approach the big games.  if he were to play such a high line against City Liverpool or Spurs he will can taken apart. Cardiff is all well and good, but the top teams, no chance.

NB.  On another tactical note, I'm still to be convinced that Mourinho, in what was to be his final game,  didn't deliberately bring on Fellaini, alongside Herreira, to see United overran and force his sacking, such was the crass stupidity of his tactics.

I am pretty sure he did deliberately throw the game, I am sure Real Madrid have already approached him to take over there in the summer.

What's not to like in his part get sack before Xmas spend time with family and holiday while getting a huge severance cheque.

Manchester United could be about to unleash their new Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Man Utd fans are getting very excited about the potential of Mason Greenwood and are calling for Solskjaer to give him his debut.

He has scored 21 goals in 17 games and he scored a hat trick in the Chelsea game FA youth cup

Ole already told him to get ready for the Reading game.

I don't agree at all with the alleged behavior of Pogba and Sanchez, i think if true its disgraceful.

However, when a manager throws his own players under the bus why should he expect differently or command their respect and loyalty?

A case in point would be Pochettino at Spurs.  His players will run through brick walls for him, but then again, he always defends them shoulders blame,  and so has their total loyalty.

It was very nice to see United playing what we all perceive to be United style football once again, and the ingredients to do so was always there but only under a different manager than the tactically prehistoric Mourinho.

We are made up that he is gone and Ole with Phelan by his side are in charge, By the way Fergie was the one who suggested this pairing to take over after a meeting with Woodward.

As Ole's as said everyone starts with a clean slate past is past and Ole also said everyone will get a chance to prove themselves.

By the way Carmine great win by spurs keep it up I hope you win the league.
