We have taught her to understand money and save for schooling and housing - and she totally understands at 7. Seems like my 7 year old daughter is smarter financially at planning that 95% of the Thai nation

This judge should be fired immediately - like him or loathe him there is no way a person can get a fair trial in a Den state, with a Dem judge, on a prosecution bought by a Dem state representative. Said this before - punishment for murder should be related to the age of the person you murder. You get a standard say 25 years sentence for the murder PLUS half the expected life expectancy left of the victim. Killing a pensioner would give you 25 years, but killing a teen would give you say 25 + an additional 30. The punishment should not just be about the death, but the the length of life lost.
