Yes it does apply
-
My understand is the 'Housemaster" / 'Owner' should report on TM30
-
The only winners are lawyers
The only way to keep the cost down in any country is to have an agreement with the other half prior to going to see a Lawyer
Ideally, all you need them for is to draft the agreement for the courts to approve
At the end of the day, you ALWAYs need an agree with the other half
If you do not agree yourselves, your just throwing money down the toilet

We talked about C of R, it appears IMM PROM will issue them, however you have to wait 30 days (at no cost, as the rest of Thailand)
Go next door to G4T and for a fee of 500 Baht, you'll have it the next day
Bearing in mind, ALL C of R are ISSUED by IMM Pro
Say no more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was talking to a friend today, he mentioned one of our friends went for a retirement extension, arrived at 0730hrs and ended up being 31 in the queue
told come back next day.
Turned up the next day at 0600hrs and received a queue number
That day, 30 queue number were issued for retirement extensions
With respect to 90 day reporting, a figure of 150 was mentioned

The 4in soil pipe generally is not be the problem, its the distance to the wall.
When buying a new toilet, you need to make sure you check the dims, not every toilet is the same dimensions
-
I would certainly say buy the plastic toilet flange, no grout / cement needed
The 4in flange fits into the 4in soil pipe, so no leaks ...you then mount the toilet onto of the flange and the toilet locks in position
Cheap, I think I paid about Baht 500 ish

What time did you go

With regards to TM30, the relevant sections are 4, 38 and 77
-
I read about TM30 from various sources, it is correct
I also have in English a copy of the IMM Act / Law, and its in there
-
-
I also have a yellow book, however having a yellow book still requires you to submit the TM30 form
-
The TM28 and TM30 are old requirements which have not been enforced by IMM, the word on the street is IMM are now looking to enforce the law
Like you I have lived in Thailand a long time and never submitted these forms
That said, a couple of weeks ago I completed my TM30 and submitted it at IMM Prom, there was no issues and NO FINES
You can be fined 2000B for not submitting the form
Knowing this is a legal requirement, you run the risk of being picked up on a 90 day report or visa extension
That's why I did it
-
When you return to Thailand from overseas, a TM 30 must be completed and submitted within 24hours
If you stay / rent a Condo, the Condo management should complete, you need to ask for a copy
If you own a house the owner / housemaster completes the TM30
You only need to complete and submit aTM28 if you move to a new address

We pay 9000 Baht per month, Sunday is a day off

Yep, It sounds like the wiring from the controller to the solenoid valves, normally the solenoid valves are close to the controller
When the controller tells the solenoid to open and water then proceeds to each sprinkler zone
Wiring problem, or you'll need a new controller

FYI - All hospital drugs are overpriced.
You can ask the doctor for a list of drugs you need then go to the pharmacy

The question is NO 90 DAY REPORTING BY POST, is this an IMM Officer telling people OR is it IMM NEW POLICY
I get the impression its just the IMM Officer saying this
Needs to be clarified

Interesting Chiang Mai got the chart
-
I noticed two people obtained their licences today, the color blindness test was completed with the chart and lights
Did you have a choice

How you do your reporting is a matter of choice.
However, for 74B, you can send / return by EMS (post), that gives you a record of posting
Personally, post is easier and the cheapest option
And the best bit, you hopefully DO NOT need to go to IMM Prom
Remember you can post 15 days before the due date
