USA Bondi Holds Firm: No Change on Epstein Files Despite Trump’s Nod
DaddyWarbucks replied to webfact's topic in World News
Agreed... ASAP. The only reason for witholding these files is to protect prominent individuals and Epstein's probable connection to Mossad. It sure looks like Bondi is bought and paid for.- 64 replies

Spot on. The Irish have only themselves to blame for this disaster. Ditto the USA; UK, and much of the EU. Their befuddled people stood by while corrupt leaders allowed this influx of migrants without the slightest concern about what the unintended consequences might be. The results - foreseeable from the get-go - are only just beginning.

Here's my snake repellent. I made it myself after two snakes - at different times - came into our house uninvited. Now if they come again I'm fully prepared to give them a warm welcome.

Tell that to Thaksin and his corrupt clan. He and his proxies bled the country white until the Thai Army put a stop to it. Where do you think the Shinawatra Zillions came from... selling silk on Huay Kaew? Whatever the downsides of military rule are - and there are quite a few - they pale in comparison to an out-of-control kleptocracy. Average working-class Thais know that instinctively, and so do farangs who have lived among them for any length of time. That explains the support for the RTA in times of crisis like we're seeing now. When things calm down the chattering-classes and the clueless expats can go back to bleating about a "return to democracy".

Crime Thai Singer Sek Loso Sentenced to 3 Years Without Parole
DaddyWarbucks replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Anything but a "one hit wonder". He has been a successful rock musician, singer, and songwriter since the early '90s when he founded the group Loso. He went on to an immensely popular solo career that was interrupted by frequent run-ins with the law. His luck just ran out.- 58 replies

Thanks for the suggestion nova. A shotgun (even a rifle) I think would cause too much collateral damage. My spear head is not nails, but 5" hardened steel deck screws. Even though I'm yet to put it to the test I'm sure it would do the job. Happy hunting.

With a spear like the one I made after having two snakes - at different times - come into our house. If another one comes in I'm ready to welcome it.

Digital Doubts Cast Over Biden’s Easter Edited Family Portrait
DaddyWarbucks replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Agreed. It's the obvious conclusion unless you are a willfully ignorant fan. The context is suspicious. With the exception of over-the-hill Jill they are all fresh faced young people around a kneeling (or legless) Biden dressed for the Oval Office. Where is lovely little grandaughter Navy Joan? Is Biden standing (or kneeling) in for all the crooked and degenerate members of his family? The photo is a transparent PR fake. -
Digital Doubts Cast Over Biden’s Easter Edited Family Portrait
DaddyWarbucks replied to Social Media's topic in World News
The photo looks fake. A ghastly-looking Biden sticks out like a sore thumb. Good for a laugh and a reminder of how lucky we were to avoid a continuation of his administration under his DEI hire. -

A temporary setback for Thaksin and the Shinawatra clan. These corrupt slimebags know full well that gambling addiction is a major problem in Thailand among all classes and levels of society. Casinos were first proposed by Thaksin when he was PM in 2005. The Shins are nothing if not persistent... they will be promoting "Entertainment Complexes" that include gambling, high-end prostitution, call-scam centers, and who knows what other sleazy operations that will make them and their cronies happy as pigs in poo.

Senators Slam Pheu Thai's Gambling Gambit Based on Thaksin's Vision
DaddyWarbucks replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Thaksin first proposed legal casinos as PM in 2005. His ouster the following year ended those plans. Three subsequent governments led by his proxies - Samak Sundaravej; his sister Yingluck; and Shretta Thavsin, all during their time in power reintroduced the plan under the guise of "entertainment complexes" without success. Thaksin's Jan. 13th initiative is the latest attempt. -
He's a crabby old geezer. American commies - both overt and covert - never recovered from the collapse of the Soviet Union. They had started taking in Socialism along with their mother's milk. It became a religion with them. The light that failed.

Another solid accomplishment by Trump using his signature wacky style of diplomacy. But it worked. Just imagine Biden trying something similar - it would have been a fiasco.

Dan Bongino’s Appointment Signals Kash Patel’s Vision for the FBI
DaddyWarbucks replied to Social Media's topic in World News
His past career has shown him to be decent and honest, He also seems to have a moral compass that shows him right from wrong. Why else would the slime-bags hate him so?- 14 replies

If you can't - or won't - assimilate in a few basic ways, then bag-out... the sooner the better. Not speaking the language is a sensory impairment akin to being deaf and dumb. You don't know what's going on around you. Living long-term in the expat bubble results in the kind of chronic irritation that is on full display in the forums day after day. Constant complaining and the nasty denigration of Thais become a familiar refrain. It isn't confined to Thailand alone. Wherever large numbers of people go for a "better life" is where you can see this disillusioned bitterness show itself among them.
