    Well said.I'm the same???? I travel between here and Oz.I go back to Oz, my house is organized and tidy and I swear I'll never complain about Aussie drivers again. When I get back here, I have somehow learned to dismiss the disarray of the house,[Maybe it IS the Stockholm syndrome ????].The driving still does my head in though even after 20 years???? Maybe that can be explained by the continual change from decent driving to bedlam.

    My mate got robbed many years ago in Sattahip.He was away for a couple of weeks and when he returned he found his house burgled.The neighbours who knew he was away said they'd "heard noises" but "didn't do anything"

    When I went through the security leaving Israel many years ago,they checked everything and unpacked my whole case by hand.These days with metal scanners and x ray machines I find it almost impossible to believe the bullets weren't found leaving .

    T.I.T. How much is petrol in Europe? How much is road tax ,income tax, etc etc.?That tax money or part of it is spent on roads. You should try Australia away from the coast atm,it's horrendous.

    I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis on my last trip.I was assuming it was gout[You know what they say about assuming.] I was prescribed all the drugs that I am now taking in Australia[Prednisolone,Arava,Methotrexate]. Seeing the Specialist wasn't expensive but the drugs were. That's where they make their money..I'm not in BKK so can't advise.I'd just bite the bullet and see a specialist.After a visit or two you can "self-medicate" if you wish????
