Do all that you don't have more days of overstay. It's finally you who has to pay for it and it doesn't look good in your passport.

        " They made me overstay" sounds strange. Please Google and you'll find what documents are needed to prevent something similar in the future.

         It seems that you'll have to go off to a nearby country ASAP.

           If you don't leave you'll pay 500 baht per day in addition to the already overstayed days.

        Really hard to believe that they didn't tell you to purchase a visa ( extension of stay) for one week.

    There's no such law. A birth given in Thailand doesn't make the child to a Thai citizen if neither mom nor dad's Thai. And the mother's here illegally. People from Laos can't just get into Thailand and out without the right visa.
