If there is no solid yellow line you are allowed to do a turn at any time.
And often they drive on the right because the road condition on the left is just too bad.
Even slower traffic on left lane?
A truck needs almost full width to pass a motorcycle safely.

Thai highways are no German autobahns or US freeways.
The 90 km/h limit has its reasons and when driving in the night (which I try to avoid) be even more careful.

see this all the time and dont understand it. if he just speak to them in English maybe they get to the bottom of story a lot quicker
 

Cellphones and Garmins can also do that, just give a sound if the driver exceeds the max speedlimit on that road.

What jurisdiction does Thai law enforcement have in foreign countries? Why are other countries allowing convicted fugitives actress borders?

This could be very bad news for local sellers 
who go around the villages, a  big company like this will put them out
of business.
The big companies get enough as it is,  no need to dump on the small guy and his family.  

Thais will not euthanize animals (sorry if that's spelt wrong) but they will be very happy to let animals suffer, unless they can eat then E.g. Cows, pigs, Because it's against their religeon. Does not matter how much your pet dog is sufferring, the vet will not put it down

Doesn’t Myanmar have the same celebration?

True, but the trouble is, such BS "evidence" seemsto see the drivers get off any charges.  Thai drivers, of course.  Faramg drivers pay up, big time.

It never ceases to amaze me how Thai police are experts at everything except policing, mechanics - forensics - pathologists - Judges, they can do everything except enforce the law especially on the roads

Like many countries, Thailand has some flaws. Therefore, foreigners should be able to do whatever they want, where and when they want, with no repercussions.
