I use Chrome and for me the IE spoofers didn't work.

Using the spoofer, the whole site was jumpy and sluggish.

I managed to get through to the first page but the security code at the bottom of the page didn't seem to register even though it was correct.

On a further attempt (of many), the code was accepted but I was faced by a blank screen and the second page never appeared.

Only when I changed browser to Internet Explorer, after getting round the security warning, was I able to complete both pages and get the Pending screen.

However, there was a problem when I clicked the link to print the page, the security warning would not allow printing. I had to save to my computer then open in order to print.

A bit of a fiddle to complete the process compared with the previous successful report where the IE spoofer worked.

I had the same issue with printing the completed form... however the way to do it is:

after submitting your form hover your mouse over the "print symbol" right click & then click print from the drop down box

mine printed as normal

The fact that police have been transferred for not doing their jobs is significant.

Transferred for 30 days.... makes it rather "insignificant"

The education ministry invests millions of Baht to increase the English proficiency in Thailand & this is the best they can come up with !!

No-wonder Thai children are struggling to string more than 3 words together !!

Should have checked the grammar of the English segment on the sign before publicising it to the whole nation, once again advertising the low level of English language knowledge within the University concerned !

Normal rules, regulations & most of all COMMON SENSE does not prevail...

The only thing that can prevail at all costs is the tourism industry,and as such the word "TERRORISM" has been removed from the dictionary !!

I’d say that was a bit on the optimistic side!!!

Seems her days of mourning are well & truly over, when it comes to hard cash the true character kicks back in !!

Some of these bars & restaurants I have a measure of sympathy for as they run a tight ship as far as underage drinking & bad behaviour is concerned.
However there are some establishments that plainly open up as near to Schools, Universities & dormitories as they can specifically to target the adolescent drinkers.

They claim they are a restaurant as a primary business but in reality that is secondary to the drink and music side of the venture,

Most pumping out overtly loud live music until the small hours serving drinks to anyone who has the money to pay without a care about age or behaviour, serving only snacks as apposed to restaurant food.

The ban unfortunately targets the good & bad with the same brush, much better if the BIB let the venues stay open but with frequent inspections, if they're operating within the law as far as drink, age, noise limits & operating licencing certificates permit then let them trade, if they're breaking the law then the venue should be closed immediately & permanently!!

I think that would be fair for the legitimate trader & sensible law abiding consumer.

Truly horrific way to die, her mother must be traumatised to have witnessed this.
