Can't give you an exact estimate, but government hospitals are normally much cheaper than private ones. I recently hand shoulder surgery by a famous Thai doctor at Thammasat University Hospital for US$5,600. A very famous private hospital charges over US$12,000 for the same operation...BY THE SAME DOCTOR! Good luck!
