  1. That's probably why he is agreeing, if in fact he is, to submit to a DNA test. I agree the DNA is probably useless now. What we need to remember is he would not do a test when it potentially was not useless. He refused point blank.. His alibi was he was in Bangkok so no need to test. Flimsy CCTV still photo to back this up that has been shown up to very questionable. They could always simply release the complete video footage. I don't believe that footage exists therefore that's not an option. They would have done that by now. Latest CCTV footage released from the island to shows him have interaction with David putting him there. The point to all this is if he stands by his alibi why is he suddenly doing a test. My question to him would be were you not in Bangkok so why are you doing the test. His answer to prove I did not rape or murder her. My next question. Just release the video footage from your apartment in bangkok that will suffice. His answer uhmmmmm .............. Can't do that there isn't any. When it was important to test he didn't. Now he won't even stand by his alibi of being in Bangkok. That right there stinks to high heaven. Let's get both and make a bird of it. DNA test and video footage pls.

  2. I really do have to ask Why is he taking the test if he wasn't on the island... Of course the test will have to come back not matching if he wasn't there. There can be no other result.... Is he now saying ,, well maybe I was on the island so let's have me do a DNA test. This is ridiculous. Its like a rigged back up if the first plan gets uncovered as a lie. For sure they know they have this test covered but not because he wasn't on the island. The logic behind now testing is very very confusing.

  3. If he is tested today it will bring more questions and more doubt. Why test if he wasn't on the island... If he wasn't there the test is pointless. I think it will come out he was on the island... I think they know that now... His DNA will be compared to what. Who took the DNA from the girl on the island. Does anybody know that. Do you have to be specially trained to do that. I have a real problem with any DNA taken from the girl. Who was supervising that... Sad to say it but I think this is the one they either no they can beat or have been assured won't match.

To me its strange taking the test after you have already tried to prove he wasn't on the island. Now the trouble with proving he wasn't on the island is that his photos were, let's say hardly convincing. They could simply back these photos up by releasing the video footage but instead have now chosen or been ordered to go the DNA route. Wouldn't it be easier to just release the footage from his apartment. That would take about 10 minutes. How long to get the results back. Still i ask the question why have a DNA test if he wasnt on the island.... They are up to something for sure..

  4. The question as to why in regards to everything about this case are so many its getting out of control.. Why would any human being on this planet not release or reveal everything under the sun to prove their innocence. Why would you not release video CCTV footage to prove your innocence. Why would you not show your phone records to show where you were. Why would 2 people photographed chasing Sean still be hunting people on the island who are posting on forums. Why would a T V forum have a team of 24\7 trolls. Why would a head village man offer up a reward to disprove his sons innocence. Why would police let Mon wander around a crime scene. Why would the case be sent back 3 times. It just goes on and on and on and dare I say it on...

Of course the biggest WHY. WHY DID DOH (WORAT) REFUSE TO GIVE DNA.

  5. Not showing up tilts the claim of torture further to the side of must have happened. In fact probably to the side of 100% happened. Which officers were involved in the torture would be nice to know.

Thai social media is buzzing with claims of Mon and his police buddy trying to hunt down everybody leaking information onto the net. That suggests they might know the people who know the truth. If I was a betting man I'd bet that policeman who chased Sean was part of the torture. This guy seems to have a lot to lose. His off duty behaviour suggests he is a becoming a very, very desperate man.

  6. Lets face it this is unprecedented trolling on any website anywhere in the world. I doubt the Burmese,,, lads ororganised it... Who would order and pay for such trolling. It stinks of absolute desperation. Complete meltdown that the truth might get out... How are these trolls recruited. They clearly don't have human kinds interest at heart.... That is sad beyond words... I hate to say this and I may get into trouble but.... T V u do yourself no favours allowing this trolling to continue. Its established now these people r n organisation. You lose credibility the longer you allow these people to post on this investigation..

  7. Does Thailand have police police. U know the police who check on their own police.

I believe the department is called internal affairs in the US. Who would do the investigating if a police officer was involved in a murder. Surely not one of the boys from the same station...

That leads me to my next question. Honestly who cleared Mon.... I mean he seems very, very tight with the local constabulary. Could they be trusted to do an unbiased investigation into him or the family for that matter.
