Today im gonna be spending most of it sat on the bar stool with all the down n outs and low lives.

im gonna have to be carried out the place later im sure. Sometimes you just have to stop lying to yourself and admit that you are an alcoholic and im powerless against it.

looking forward to some totally meaningless conversations with a fellow loser soon.

For a start, it's going to, not gonna!

“Illegal” prostitute.  Then legal prostitutes are are approved?  Never attempt to understand the why of LOS.  Just accept it and carry on.  In the last 7 years my ability to think analytically and logically has been diminished.  This is because I have been living in CNX almost on a full time basis.

As far as I'm aware there is no legal prostitution in Thailand. It's all illegal.

  3. My non O extension based on marriage is due to be renewed on the 27th Feb 2023. I have to go overseas on the 15th March which gives me less than the required 30 days for approval. Can I go overseas before the extension is approved and, if so, how do I get back into the country.

If not, can i apply early enough prior to the extension due date to give me the required 30 days?

I did enquire at my local IO but they didn't want to know.

So, my Thai isn't much special, but นางงามเพ็ญ นาคสวัสดิ์ อายุ 79 ปี นั่งอยู่เบาะคนขับ และนายวิโรจน์ นาคสวัสดิ์ อายุ 94 ปี สามีนั่งเบาะข้างคนขับ tells me that the woman was in the driver's seat and the man was in the seat next to the driver.

Miss Ngampen Naksawat, 79 years old, sat in the driver's seat.  and Mr. Wiroj Naksawat, 94 years old, her husband sitting in the driver's seat

In Australia  where a sign indicates, it is permisable to turn left on red light, after stopping, then proceeding to turn left as long traffic from the right through the green is not interfered with. This has been a Traffic Act Law in most States for a decade or more.

Sadly not Victoria although with the bigger roads than most other states slip roads are generally provided which achieves the same thing

Here in Buriram, when opposing lights both change green together, the usual procedure is that cars that want to turn right expect to go before those going straight on. When I happen to be on "pole position" and am going straight, I invariably force the issue and make the wayward drivers turning right stop and allow me to go first........as is my right. Police are often in attendance, but as one would expect never do anything!

I think you will find that Thai law in this is not the same as elsewhere. In Thailand right turners have right of way so they don’t clog up the intersection

Very much so. I used to live near Chumphae and know this road well (major Route 12 from Tak (west) across North Thailand to Mukdahan (east). Despite being a well surfaced road, from Lomsak to Chumphae most of it becomes an ordinary 2-way road which ascends and descends, also twisting and turning among the hills of the Nam Nao National Park. The photo below shows the Huai Tong Bridge which has steep approach roads either side and is curved itself. A good view point.

Matt Hunt on Twitter: "Went a little bit out of the way to check out Hugo Tong Beidge สะพานห้วยตอง, also known as King Pha Mueang Bridge in Phetchabun. Well worth the 20-minute

Also the site where a bus failed to turn onto the bridge after a long curvy downhill stretch, I'm guessing, about 8 years ago. Took to the air and ended in the ravine.  30 or 40 people died. Very sad.

Tell me a European country that would carry out such ridiculous and extreme measures as you are proposing just to go on holiday!

There would be an exodus, all the way back to countries that didn't enforce such nonsense.

Where do criminal record checks start and finish by the way? When are they considered minor? When are they considered ;' spent ' convictions?

When you have convicted drug traffickers who served time in Australian prisons, (a country with a strong rule of law and order and a good respectable court system) in the present day Thai government, how is that going to work?

Many of the Thais wouldn't be able to leave Thailand if such proposals were put in place by other countries as a reciprocal agreement to such a proposal.

I thought every visitor to Australia had to obtain a visa first?
