As long as there is a mandatory arrival test of any kind, very risky for normal families to come for a vacation on here (due to the consequences of positive test). In no case I would even consider for 1-2 wk vacation with kids if myself or my partner would have a job to return to after holiday season.
Pre-test only is justifiable as long as being infected is considered an issue, and if they do not trust some countries test results, better make arrival test country specific only to such nations. After that revival will slowly start.

LG could ask their service center if some special model. Normal model LG aircon remotes available widely, I have ordered from lazada.

Would not be surprised if there are some influential figures making noises somewhere.
555 I'm the other way - I would be surprised if there would not be...
Kind of like removing a net or fence in front of a trap that has a purpose to prevent unwanted targets being trapped... Just blatant hunting with trap!
Any prey is welcome now, not save even the innocent, unaware and gullible. We need your money at any cost to you! We nicely call it opening, like putin calls his war as liberation!
For money it is probably good short term, but bad for long term reputation of honest nation 555.
Increases population that has a chance to hit the trap (as not all people think), and also increases percentage of trap hit rate out of the potential population to find the trap. Perfect ploy.
Normal logic in internet biz. Thailand 4.1 maybe!

I would be very careful paying for a TG flight with anything. Many have no confidence that should the flight not take off you will receive a refund or even an offer of another flight.
BTW Skorts, how was the Finnair flight - they look cheap but are they comfortable?
I have used Finnair many many times. New A350 planes, no complaints. But that's just me.

Completely pointless it's not the pre-departure test that is the problem. Its the prospect of being put in covid prison from the post flight test that's the problem.
Depends on what you are after... If after hospital revenue, this will help for sure as some people want to save by skipping the pre test.

... Seems their trap did not get enough prey if they think like this.
If indeed they remove the pre test but keep the 2x here, will get more catch for hospitals.

They issue those documents upstairs, just walk straight to upstairs and take queue ticket there, don't take ticket downstairs. Typically couple of persons in queue, maybe few.
I always taken the doc in morning, and then go direct to immigration from there. I also recall it is 100 baht. I recall reading somewhere that day before might be ok as well but not sure. Anyway easy to do during same trip. Morning bank and afternoon immigration.
Remember to make a transaction on that day before you walk up, either deposit or withdraw same day prior to update bankbook.

Seems Russia jamming GPS signal also here lately, not only in Baltic sea. Wonder why, maybe planning for an attack or something.

I was just wondering what to do
What happens and what i do IF the airline........................
Thanks for so many advice
I am a little concerned that my flight will be cancelled due to the situation in Ukraine
For the time being there are some flights cancelled already by this airline (FINNAIR)
I will leave Thailand and my wife for some month.I will leave on my last permit day 19 march in the evening.
I think this is the best option for me (i was thinking do a Flight run to Cambodia)
I will take care some issues in my country and return 2,5 month later with a brand new NON-O single entree
Thx for your replies (i am still here,my friends!)Finnair is very unlikely to stop flying the hel-bkk route unless thai authorities tell so. . Might have changes on how many times a week they fly but completely stop flying I do not see happening. They re routed the flight to go around Ukraine, flight time a bit longer due to that.
Yes they stopped most of flights to China due to denied access to Russian airspace. But that does not impact flights to Bangkok.

You probably need to get the Mor Prom app and get the details recorded on that.
Oh... What's the benefit of that? Registration to that system required somewhere?

I have a fire hydrant right next to my house, actually within my patio tiling. Yesterday I a PWA guy came and marked the post,
let couple of cubic meters of water out - and at the end took with him the red T connector where the fire hose should be connected. Went to look next to my neigbor house, and noticed the whole post was gone, only a hole in the ground!
Any idea what is behind the crackdown of these? I understand the testing and marking, but to take away an existing post in a location where no other post conveniently accessible??
Maybe they accidentally ordered large qty of new hoses with connector that is not compatible with the coarse thread of the red T connectors?

Thailand in general is widely known for very good planning, this plan goes to same bucket as many other plans.
Those familiar with thai language maybe could open the vocabulary in this area.
How different words and meanings & nuances for English words like
Wish/hope
Dream
Intent
Vision
Strategy
Plan
Execution plan
Action plan
are expressed in thai, and whether there actually are words that compare to those English words as farang understand them.
Based on what I see happening, what we understand word 'hope' or maybe 'intent' to mean, actually is about what thais understand as 'plan' ...as usual it's just about misunderstanding... Silly Falang no understand thai culture....

Actually very interesting to see how this will go at the end, knowing that the current license holders esp ThaiBev is major sponsor of the Junta, and also guess supports all coalition parties' MPs in appropriate manner... I recall some of recent house sessions to handle the proposed law went nowhere due to lack of quorum - likely thick envelopes to MPs to stay home from ThaiBev. Odds are badly against him.
His fight not much different from Zelensky's fight in Kiev...except no support from other countries

At least the sauna bar on Pratamnak Soi 6, as well as sands sauna at bottom of Pratamnak Soi 5 are open.
I think most saunas actually are open, but know for sure only those 2 as see them every day.

Don't have vigo nor personal experience of this shop, but my neighbor used this shop to have aircon of his old merc repaired. Someone who used before for aircon work had recommendeded this place to him.
Presumably some level of knowledge/focus on aircon stuff. Thai place so with reservation as always though... Anyway, he was happy with the experience.

The 6 month wait after a 2nd Pfizer only applies to the free Pfizer vaccination supplied by the Government. As you paid for the booster, you must have obtained it privately.
I got my Pfizers in Europe. Told that and was told to come back in March when 6mo gone.
Yes I paid in memorial myself, just showed up and got instantly

Had Sinovac and AZ, then a short bout of COVID. Had a Pfizer booster about 4 months after the COVID.
Medical opinion seems to be divided, some say Sinovac/AZ counts as 1 jab only.
I was rejected at Central Festival by the doctor there when I wanted a booster, he said I had enough acquired immunity. That conflicted with medical advice I got elsewhere, so I had the booster at the clinic in my GF's village.
I was rejected in RGB few weeks ago as had 2x Pfizer, was told to wait 6mo from last one.
Rode to Memorial hospital and got Moderna on the spot. Left 1650 bath less in pocket. Quick and easy.
However I have understood that this 6mo requiremet would not be applied any more, not sure thought
