As stated above if your permit to stay in Thailand and your re entry permit are still valid then no problem at Bangkok. I have returned with only 6 days left on my retirement permit and had no problems, the guy at the immigration desk just reminded me to be sure to renew my retirement extension before the 6 th day.

I have been married to a Thai lady for 30 years, we worked together in Australia and built up a great business which we sold and now have retired living in Thai 6-8 months and the rest in Australia.
Despite a few battles over the years we still have a loving relationship and enjoy each others company and our children's company when back in Australia.Living here in Thailand is certainly less stressful and much more relaxed. We go Australia when it gets too hot here.

I certainly would not shave as its murder when the hair starts growing back and is very uncomfortable for quite a few days-week, also chance of infection when shaving, best to use anti fungal cream such as Canesten. This will clear it up quickly.

Ps All my transfers are through the ANZ bank sent to my Bangkok Bank a/c in Australian dollars(better exchange rate), Bangkok bank provide the paper work showing that the money came from outside of Thailand.
-
I have transferred up to $70,000 in a single transfer. Amounts over $10,000 must be reported to the reserve bank but this is no problem when the money comes from your bank account.

In Australia fuel has been rising over the past week and they forecast further price rises. Currently E10 is $1.479 with 91 and 95 even higher.

I have bought 5 older properties over the years (in conjunction with my Thai wife) and have demolished 3 and renovated 2. It does take some time to find reliable works but I found the ones I have used most often by walking around the muu bahn and looking at their work. I always purchase materials myself and have the workers charge for labour only (sometimes use their contacts for other services) I pay them at the end of each week in arrears after checking the work, so far no problems.

I also use this card and have had no problems other than when using it at Home Pro you cannot get the extra discount as you do when using a credit card.

Also need to be sure that you have a one way valve installed in the outlet pipe of the pump (the pipe going to the tank), I also found the Mitsubishi 350 the best and have now used it for a 4 story building for 5 years without a problem.

Why tax a religion, most countries do not tax religious organisations, even the big money churches such as the Scientology Church.

Many after market parts are available in the Klong Tom market area, also original parts much cheaper than the dealers.

I have found that most of the cracking is only to the depth of the render and this is mostly caused by the render drying too quickly. One way too minimise this type of cracking is too render both sides (inside and out side) at the same time. The larger and wider cracks are usually due to some movement in the foundation piles.

Can do without work permit but as stated must have a fixed deposit equal to the amount of credit offered. You can change the amount of the fixed deposit eg when interest rates are up in some promotions but it still needs to be equal to the amount of credit offered. Use same as credit card internationally.

Star Decor on the corner of Prasert Manukit (Kaset-Nawamin) Rd and the road under the Ekamai-Rahm Indra expressway. Granite is the stone to use for a bathroom as it won't absorb detergents, soaps etc.
