He's giving them away now.
Woods is a great golfer but I am not sure if that makes him a great American. After all, he is constantly quoting himself as Thai.
Trump doesn't even pretend to be a real president any more.

the rivalry between S.A. and Iran for leadership in ME.scritch, scritch, scritch... rivalry between the free world's need for stable energy supplies and the economically failed Soviet Union that depends on expensive energy exports to survive.
Darn,
Soviet Unionscritch, scritch Putin's Russia.Been this way since the 1950s when Egypt was Russia's babe. Nothing on Earth that
RussiaPutin loves more than Iran causing trouble destabilizing the middle east to raise the price of its energy. Just like there is nothing the West loves more than lots of little powerless ME countries peacefully pumping oil and competing on price. But if you really need to see things as one bad guy causing instability (why not?) that would beRussia(dam!) Putin.or there may be a more fickle finger at play. One that cannot be mentioned through fear of everything.

A shocking number of rapes, as well as widespread drug abuse, no doubt a lot of intolerant religious mumbo-jumbo as well. One wonders if this lefty egg throwing woman has any idea whatsoever about the reality of the people she wants let in to Australia with no questions asked? Rhetorical question, of course she doesn't. The best solution here is instead of bringing the Manus detainees into Australia and let loose, is to deport the egg thrower to Manus where she will get a harsh education.
I note left wing violence against political figures is on the rise recently. It was only last week another activist throw a milk shake over British folk hero Tommy Robinson. Quite how violence fits in with the tolerant liberal agenda is a mystery to me.
She is just another misandrist in a world that is now full of them.

You are absolutely correct about the social divide in the US. Just spent some time back there. I would estimate, the top 20% are doing well. The bottom 80% are hurting. No savings. No safety net, at all. For all of the amazing things they say about the US economy, it is not benefitting the average person. And in terms of corporate policy, I would take it one step further. I would say the corporations, ARE the government. And that trend, which started a long time ago, is only increasing under Trump.
Well said. I have been saying for years that the next major conflict will not be national but corporate instead. Companies are buying countries and their militaries.

Not much arm done to the USA. Iran even fighted on the same side as the USA against ISIS. So it's rather your second option that makes sense. Trump is the instrument of Saudi Arabia in the rivalry between S.A. and Iran for leadership in ME.
Actually, I was thinking of another ally.

Sounds like everyone is taking a gun down the pub incase an argument breaks out???? RIP
One time a detective friend of mine took me to a night club up north and told me to look closely at every guy who wore his shirt outside his pants. So, yes they do take their piece to the pub.

perhaps someone can enumerate the things that the Iranians have done to warrant the US wiping them off of the map or is it that they are doing it as an ally of someone else or on their behalf?

If a normal person doesn't go to work then he won't have any money in his pocket. It is the same with a country and its people. If you want the country to get rich then you have to give the people work to do. i.e. jobs.
Just for how long are these blowhards going to go on about this and that without doing anything at all about jobs? I am not talking about a few mining jobs here and there but major manufacturing type work.

Apologies but just to digress when I read the headline I thought why is Labor spelt incorrectly since the country is based on the Queens English. When I googled it I found out why.
Now there's a thing for those of you interested.
"The Australian spelling of labour is just like the BrE one. The reason why labouris spelled labor in Australian Labor Party is an important historical one: ... TheALP adopted the formal name "Australian Labour Party" in 1908, but changed thespelling to "Labor" in 1912."
just goes to show how interested in them I am. After 66 years I have never noticed the spelling.

Murdoch always gets his man. And yes, Australia going dirt cheap. China buying up . Too many Gimme Pigs, bludgers and illiterate boneheads that drain a great country to mediocrity and into the hands of the Chinese.
and, of course, the great minds and souls of Australia are all living in Thailand now.

America has not intention of being governed by a bunch of Eurocentric, globalist bureaucrats.
but they will be because they don't have enough ability to do it themselves. Anyway, if they don't like the Europeans doing it then they can always ask the Aussies.
