    The very cheapest places might be missing some of the things normally included in the price: TV, fridge, microwave, some furniture. Maybe not a big problem if you are a long-stayer and can buy yourself.

    Ex Bamboo Bar regulars, according to one YT vlogger, so they may move on to the new Bamboo Bar opening next week.

    Pre Covid, the entrance to the Base was like Piccadilly Circus with mainly Chinese guests checking in and out. Not so at Centric Sea. I also know and have known some residents at Centric Sea who are pleased that where they live is not like the Base is. As your Agoda link proves, short term renting is not completely eradicated but there is a clear difference between the 2 locations.

    6 months is the preferred minimum rental period at the larger developments. Centric Sea are apparently quite strictly opposed to short-term stays, the Base less so.
