What could one do if an accountant uses their family member as nominee on YOUR company, but refuses to return shares when requested?

This kind of traveling is going on for years so don't blame the people because those employed by the government do not do their job and not enforce the rules and laws. After 30 years it is still the same nothing actually changes. Just because of covid it gets more attention that's all.
How about temp sensing? Airport, bus station, .....................

How can they be Fleeing for their lives, if they were not in danger.
Probably the inate programming that dogs also seem to have - loud noises esp crackling / explosions tell them a fire (bushfire) is coming - GTF outa here!
Dogs (pets) should be kept inside, and or on a lead when fireworks are exploding. Fireworks are a big cause of lost dogs - but not lost street dogs, sadly -

Japan is a bit of an anomaly here, I expect it's due to some other factor, like adhering strictly to rules that prevent infection.
Japs are 'at home' in a mask - went there mid '80s, was surprised / shocked to see so many in the streets wearing what appeared to be sanitary napkins -

More nonsense from someone........a sales pitch for the Swede's lawyer wife!
The Thai laws re intestacy are perfectly clear. A Thai Will ensures who will get the assets in Thailand (most usually the wife), but without a Will, assets will be distributed once the equivalent of Thai probate has been obtained.
'assets will be distributed'
To whom?

Driver won't do that again.

Apparently the bus got caught on its undercarriage as the track was not level. If this is true the rail company also bears responsibility.
Not true. Bus had slowed, but was still moving forward at time of impact.
Therefore not stuck.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I think jackdd's advice is sensible.
Just a comment/warning - if you are living at your MiL's property she should have notified immigration within 24 hours of your arrival (TM30). If she hasn't she may be fined.
Maybe - go to Chiang Mai for couple of days, get her to do a 30 when you come back? No guarantees-

Temporarily. Ebikes only have 1 (main) moving part - a fraction of petrol bikes - need little service - but nevvermine, keep shorting Tesla -

You will be better off seeking the "joys" of Thailand at your local Chinese massage parlour. I don't think any country is open and certainly not for a short holiday.
Short time yes, short holiday no.

And you live in Rayong.?
Well even a citizen of the world has to live somewhere (to paraphrase Milligan).
Many years ago somebody used to advertise in Private Eye classifieds "Perpetual Traveller" status, but never found out exactly what was on offer.
