Alternatively they proposed to call their service center, but there noone take a call for hours.

What number did you call? I didn't have any issue reaching customer service yesterday. Made changes to my existing reservations and booked a new flight without any problem.

Uk been hit harder than Thailand but i am much happier here in UK. IF I caught it then better treatment and no massive hospital bill. Relief. Personally I am now much happier.

Actually, all foreigners get free treatments for Covid19 at government hospitals. I'm not sure about private hospitals, but in most cases, if patients are tested positive, they will be mandatorily transferred to designated government hospitals for hospitalization to receive necessarily treatments at no cost at all. There are already plenty of foreigners received free treatments and discharged from hospitals, no charge. I don't know if you can choose to get treatment at luxurious private hospitals or must be transferred to government hospital.

It seems to me that despite all the rhetoric nobody knows a lot of what is being achieved by any nation in attempting to control this epidemic.

We have Thailand with almost amazingly low figures of infection/deaths meanwhile the UK figures are alarming almost 30k deaths, however testing in the UK is almost up to 100k tests daily how many tests have been done here in Thailand nobody outside the government know, how many tests have been done on people who have died again who knows.

I had 2 friends in the UK with terminal cancer but both deaths were covid 19, maybe in Thailand these deaths would be just attributed to the cancer, I don't know if tests are done to check the actual cause in Thailand.

great, so without absolutely anything to back it up you are suggesting that because of what happening in UK, Thailand has to be worse. Where are all the hidden sick and dead in Thailand? Everybody here have access to SNS, government can't hide thousands of sick and dead from public. Unless you are going to suggest family of thousands of hidden sick and dead people are not doing anything about it or Thai government is doing amazing job deleting posts from facebook or twitter before anyone seeing it.

  4. Call your mortgage company. Currently they are helping borrowers by temporarily reducing monthly payment for 3 months. Specifically, they just delay charging you the principle for 3 months and you only have to pay the interests. After 3 months, monthly payment returns to original amount and your mortgage becomes 3 months longer. No negative on your credit history.

Put the Baht back to 65 to the £ and we will all be over the moon

You can always dream for anything but seriously doubt baht will go anywhere near 65. UK hasn't been doing well with their economy at all for years. Nobody saw current situation back then, but they sure did the brexit at really the worst time possible. It will be very interesting to see how brexit will turn out when world economies are in toilet.
