It's like all the small coins in any country. In the UK, 1p and 2p have no use, the 5p should be the smallest and scrap the rest. They probably cost more to make than they are worth!

They don't put the 'best' wines in boxes so good/better wines will always end up in a bottle. I don't like boxes of wine as I always end up drinking more than I realise as you can't see what you're drinking!

I never let my pet dislikes adversely affect my interpretation of a post. That said I do dislike 'centered around' and the classic use of 'less' instead of 'fewer'.

Basmati is a great rice but I doubt if Thailand imports much rice, even Basmati, Tigger.

What need to do is start searching the Thai rice shops and buy one that looks long and try it out I suppose.

Wow, no basmati? I figured you might have problems with the wild type as it's very dark in colour but no basmati, can this be true? Don't they grow basmati in Thailand?

Hi tigerbeer, I would take with a pinch of the salt the warning that bottled wine will only keep for 3 days after opening. Pop the cork (or a proper wine stopper) back in and store in the fridge, it'll easily keep for a couple of weeks. I had a Pinot Grigio sat in the fridge for a month when I was away on holiday and it was fine when I got home. It had lost a little of it's acidity but was perfectly drinkable.
