Another go with Monurol to kill my prostatitis...
One action that I did take a few days ago was to order some P.Harmala seeds, a plant that grows in south-east Iran. According to this scientific study: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4353063/ P. Harmala seeds were found to be quite effective against ESBL E.Coli, with a daily dosage of 1 gram of seeds.

No problem - the shaking adds to the realism (as that car bounced over the mountain road!)

Another go with Monurol to kill my prostatitis...
As to the cause of my prostatitis,a couple of years ago I had a prostate cancer biopsy (following an MRI at Bumrungrad that found 2 suspicious 'lumps in my prostate). That biopsy found no cancer cells, but did find 2 benign prostate stones. No idea if that can lead to prostatitis. Also, I have BPH, which could mean that my bladder isn't emptying completely. That BPH hasn't worsened over the last 15 years, and I do limit my BPH medicine nowadays because I don't need it so much - I'm able to (slowly) pee. I fast-walk between 5-10km every day, eat healthy food, don't drink alcohol or smoke - so generally reasonably fit (70kg, 174cm) for my age. I'll see how this Monurol goes, but if no luck then I'll contact the recommended doctor in Pattaya 🙂

Why? That photo has been cropped and enlarged - the original photo looks fine. Both my mobile phones have OIS....

Yes, I've watched that video, and many others from Vloggers. Almost without exception they are exaggerating the dangers (of walking down a street in Yangon). I understand that they do this to get more subs and clicks of course.

Labour must stop handing millions to Pakistan which blocks Return of Child Sex Offenders
... The Refugee Convention does not require refugees to apply for asylum in the first safe country they enter. ...
Correct, but the vast majority of those coming to the UK are not refugees, fleeing from a war-torn country. They are economic migrants, and therefore the Refugee Convention does not apply. Since the fall of Assad, have all the so-called refugees from Syria left the UK and returned to help to rebuild their own country? I bet not!!

Who lives without family?
I spent my Christmas without family. My UK ex-wife and my 3 kids disowned me 20+ years ago when my lung illness forced me to move to warmer climes. But I didn't spend Christmas alone. I was in Shan State (Myanmar), donating gifts to orphans. GG, if you want to burst into tears again, look at this short video that I made at one of the orphanages on Xmas Day. The boy's song is so apt for that war-torn country. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LhbRhVJm8_k

How did you do it ?
Based on my own experience (professional chap, 'gentleman', speak/read Thai to a high level, regular income but not rich etc) - I'd say that you are better off with a sex doll. I was.....

Another go with Monurol to kill my prostatitis...
Sheryl has a good memory concerning sensitivity results. The last test that I had at Life Care last June showed a PSA of 8.9 and sensitivity to Carbapenems, also Amoxicillin somewhat. My concern about having a course of Carbapenem is what hospital/doctor in Pattaya can I trust to actually give me the correct course of treatment, and not throw in a whole load of unnecessary and expensive tests. IE - I need a doctor who will get straight to the correct course of treatment.

Another go with Monurol to kill my prostatitis...
Well, I can afford this drug if pushed to it. But there is no quarantee that the treatment will actually work. I think a course of injections is about 15,000 baht, but I might be 15k out of pocket and still with the infection...

Thanks. I'll try the Monurol and then if that's no good I can try Bactrim!

Another go with Monurol to kill my prostatitis...
I've had prostatitis for several years, down to E.Coli ESBL, and it not only plays havoc with my PSA numbers, it causes pain when peeing, a dreadful fishy smell, aches in my pelvic region etc. I'm sure it's not healthy in the long-term to have this bacteria... I know that Carbapenems are the first line of treatment, but the cost of this expensive treatment is beyond my financial means, and BPH/prostatitis etc are excluded on my medical cover. I did try a single dose of Monurol a few years ago, with no beneficial effect noticed. This time, I'll try 3g/day, administered every other day for 3 days. See if that kills the ba stards!!

Shop that prints or embroiders shirts (small quantity)
The print shirt shops on Google Maps seem to have closed down (at least the ones that I physically checked). I want to print or embroider a logo on perhaps 3 shirts. Can anyone recommend a shop in Pattaya for this? Thanks

They could use that 37,000 euros and pay 1,000 euro for a decent cremation in Thailand and the other 36,000 euro to buy school books for the local schools, and/or medical equipment for the hospitals and clinics on the island. Do something on Koh Tao in his memory - don't waste it on lugging his corpse halfway around the world!

To beard or not to beard, that's the question
Correct. I see millions of females bearing their ankles (and a lot more). But they are not ladies 🙂
-
To beard or not to beard, that's the question
Nope, but a gentleman never bears his knees in public 🙂
-
To beard or not to beard, that's the question
Baring adult male knees in public, other than at the beach? Unlike myself, you clearly are not a well-educated English gentleman...
-
To beard or not to beard, that's the question
The only reason to have a beard is to keep your face warm in winter climates like Canada and Russia. Those who grow beards are either too lazy to shave, (and that laziness is often demonstrated by their overall attitude), or they are bald on top,and are under the illusion that growing hair on their chin like an aged goat will make them look younger. It doesn't - it just looks like their head is upside down on their shoulders. As for those men who wear shorts (when not in their garden or at the beach), don't get me started.....
