Can anyone believe for a moment that there will be a determined clean-up of corruption ? It will already be known by top brass exactly who the culprits are, but they are probably all on the gravy train.
Just more hot air.

When there is discussion on the air pollution, I never see any reference to the mountain burning in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai provinces, where whole mountain ranges are set ablaze from late February to about the end of March every year. We have dense smoke everywhere which disperses only when the rains start. The news agencies refer to it as dust as though this is a phenomenon which occurs naturally after long dry periods. Central Government and the Municipal Officers do nothing about it.
There is certainly an appreciable amount of smoke produced by the constant burning of vegetable matter, rice stubble, and domestic waste, but this is nothing as compared with the deliberate torching of the mountains .
Don't know if this pollution results in acid rain but it causes a large increase in deaths.

Not at all surprising, unfortunately. The rail system is in shocking condition and desperately needs upgrading, never mind the high speed project.

So much for the bogus government testing......... can't trust anything they say.
-
Laughable ! ................. panic is setting in.
-
Another desperate attempt to prevent the truth leaking out.

Don't be so negative about the PM!, She's doing a good job and the people love her.
Maybe some enterprising individual should mass produce red plastic bracelets with "I love the PM" engraved.
Now that would be a money earner!
CCC
Or black ones inscribed " I love Hitler "

What utter rubbish !
-
Another no-brainer from the PM........The rest of the world is already only too aware of what Thainess means..........and the PM has added hugely to the fiasco.

Nothing but hot air.......no details as usual.

Thai Temples Plc.

A disgrace to Thailand and by no means an isolated event. Not long ago a major school in Chiang Mai put on a Nazi / Hitler themed ceremony.
The civilised world will think the less of Thailand.

It's a sad state of affairs when the government dare not make public the facts relating to the rice scheme and how much money and rice have been lost.
There seems now to be a similar event unfolding in relation to the water scheme.
Hope Mr Moody is watching........a downgrade would perhaps hurt the govt. more than the voting public are likely to do.
-
Oh deary me............ well let's hope that something positive comes from all this......but don't hold your breath !
-
Completely different figures every day, none of which are likely to be any where near the truth. Mr Moody must be preparing another downgrade.
-
Have they already shared out the 2.2 T and 350 B, then ?
-
Is this turning out like the rice fiasco ?
-
The project has hit the buffers. They have acted in a high-handed manner and failed to go public with details of the project so it is now the Court has brought them to heal.
This ought to be a monumental embarrassment for the Govt. but the report shows a flippant response.
-
Well they could try some quality teaching, instead of giving playthings to the pupils. And I understand that the schools have to pay the internet charges !
Must be more vote buying.

I would prefer to see what the US authorities find in their tests.

As if air pollution isn't bad enough already in Thailand............ No thought for the environment.

Deary, deary me, so many twists and turns. One contradiction after another. Can't see the Govt. getting out of the rice scandal for years.
