I study in really legit school, which is recognized not only by MOE, but at nearest consulates... Maybe because people going to study really, cos one year costs approx 75000 baht...

Yes, the problem you face now is really weird in terms of logical thinking - you have funds, you already retired, but by local law you cant apply for retirement visa in next 4 years. You not only abuse exempt system, you not profitable for country too. In case you obtain VISA you will pay for government. And I really cant understand every 2 weeks runs. You will spend in 2 months more than you can spend in 2 entry tourist VISA including trip to Laos. And when you hold tourist VISA, you can extend it up to 6 month with just one border run and 2 immigration extensions.

Yes, the Trade Office will insist on a ticket out of Thailand. If you plan to stay for 90 days based on your TR, you should just indicate 60 days, and likewise, your departing flight from Thailand should be within the 60-day period. About LAO VISA I not sure, cos they ask only for passport at time when I bought ticket, and I can enter Lao free w/o VISA. Anyway, I recommend to tell driver you will not go with bus to Vientiane Bus station, and after Lao Border catch tuk-tuk or shared taxi directly to Consulate.

Nowadays all educated families just only "show" plate with money (100k baht covers it total) and some gold. Nothing more and this in new tradition bride family gives their married now children back in front of all people to make their face big.
