  1. Trying to stir the hornet's nest. Why give Mr. Suthep more fodder when it goes against the interim governments objective? This is very suspicious and while I am not an expert on this, I tend to believe this was done more to provoke Mr. Suthep and to intimidate him.

Having grenades fired at your own home as a form of promotion???

I hardly believe anyone would have grenades fired at their own homes.....whether they detonate or not...!!

nah, most likely stamped made in england and shipped over with the last bunch of bomb detectors

  2. WOW. Soldiers with weapons and ammunition after receiving news that 100 000 armed militia are forming up north with a million weapons. Who would have thought. Maybe the next news story will be nurses caught with blankets, hospital food and IV drips in the back of their pick up.

When the red shirts actually blow something up it is defense, denial and scapegoating.

When soldiers are not blowing something up they are carrying out top secret PDRC missions to attack themselves apparently!

I tellz ya, those aint coffee beans in your coffee.

u need to lay off the drugs jamie...ur imagination is getting the better of you

  3. really, so if it was an auusie pm or english pm visiting their drought or flooded areas, would you say the same. The majority of people who comment here are so full of it, they sit and judge without comparing to their own countries, if you dont like the way things are done in Thailand....LEAVE

And the money wasting trips continue...

  4. ""In Bangkok, we are keeping a close eye on every protest site to provide safety for the people, although the court does not allow us to do anything," he said."

"The anti-government movement seized on Saturday's drive-by attack in Trat as an example of authorities failing to protect rally-goers."

Maybe the police are unable to adequately protect the public from random acts of violence, and it may be unrealistic to expect total security without the full cooperation of the army.

But the Royal Thai Police does seem to have a thoroughly lamentable record in detection and prosecution of the attackers in so many cases. A national and international disgrace.

The court has hog tied the police and made them void all they are allowed to do now is sit back and watch.

In most civilised countries the police are a separate organisation where neither the government or the courts have power over them and control of them

Well said, its an absolute disgrace that the courts will not allow the police to disperse these radicals,

  5. Plenty of people die in Australia hitting roos. The trick is not to swerve when you are inevitably going to hit one. The some applies to motorcyclists. Unfortunately if you are in a car and going to snash into a motorbike, you are generally better off slamming into them than swerving into oncoming traffic and causing more death.

Sent from my GT-N7105 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app

Ive hit a roo, was living in Canberra - bloody nuisance, wrote off my car!

I know exactly where your coming from, been there and wombats are just as bad on the roads.

that's terrible, how dare those native species use the road you immigrants built!....just teasing...lol
