No special configuration is needed — just the username and password (and, of course, the appropriate plan). If the speed is still low, you should contact your provider. (Their technicians came to me about 20 hours after I called.) Fast.com is a separate website for testing your internet speed, not part of your router’s interface.

Update: Technicians from TOT came by and gave me their new router as a gift (Wi-Fi 6). The speed went up to 900 Mbps. They said they didn’t do any special configuration, but the problem is solved — I’m happy.

I have a 1000 Mbps plan. Through the router interface, the speed to NT Bangrak is shown as 930 Mbps, but through web services like speedtest.net, it’s only 330 Mbps to NT Bangrak. The measurement system is the same in both cases - Ookla. What should I do?
