  1. No evidence at all of suicide. In fact the news report seems to be pointing at a medical condion. Have a bit of respect for family & friends.

To me the newsreport seems to be pointing that the police solved the case without moving from behind their desk.

Sherlock Holmes did that too in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's books

Au contraire...Holmes always went to the crime scene...

But who doesn't hear the bells ringing when this happens just as the GF is out of town....?

indeed, some would see it as an alibi, but not the cognoscenti down on the farm.

chang allegedly enhances the ability of the user to create indisputable fact out of no information whatsoever

  2. while i like indian food i rarely eat it because it generally makes me fell sluggish and disgusting.

it also disturbs me that it smells the same coming out as it did going in.

and i can smell it coming from my pores the next day, especially at the gym.

and it is not racist to remark that the indian diet can affect the way a person smells, and not necessarily due to hygiene.

i find the excessive perfumes and musks affected by other cultures far more offensive though, especially when used to mask poor hygiene.

couldn't have put it better myself

  3. She is (or was) extremely popular, though - with the photo linked being a notable exception - I've never thought her all that appealing.

It's her drive, zest for life, against all odds, reaching out, taking a chance, being true to him/her, sharing it with others,

riding it to the dirt, working harder then most of you, could even imagine! There are many sides to this story, don't be so

blinded by ones, lack of understanding...

besides being so liberal it almost hurts and completely lacking a sense of humour, you are barely to form a sentence.

    ...barely.....able? (You started it.) clap2.gif

    indeed, but i can laugh

i must commend you for clapping at your own jokes though

  4. Isn't there a place to drop unwanted kids off? There must be, and it should be promoted. There are many people who want kids, and would probably adopt an infant. so sad.

adoption is generally only practiced in thailand when a slave is wanted. It is highly frowned upon.

i am adopted, and when i tell thais in conversation they are shocked or tell me not to let anyone know.

  5. None of them fit my idea of beauty.

Wouldn't give them a second glance.

Not sure if you're being entirely honest here, but hey, to each his own. Personal taste and all that. But you have to admit that a firm, young, well-proportioned body can usually overcome any sort of facial imperfection (and none of us are perfect, especially at our age).

I'd sure like to see your version of an attractive Thai girl. Others here may be ready to pounce, but I for one am very open to diversity in female looks. Especially if she has a hot bod.

    My idea of attractive

    yes, 12 has its appeal.

  6. Could they be talking about Pancake of whom many would say, is "sexy"?

  7. i like the one where she is flopping about in the mud playing with her cock

    https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=534931096543802&set=vb.516326641737581&type=2&theater

    Yeah that's a good one.

You guys like watching a guy playing with his #@$% in the mud?

    Things that make you go......hmmmmmmmmmmm

Obviously you loved her post if you kept searching for more of her?

Seems like many members here think that we should all be born the same and that the world should only be seen in black and white and that everyone should be as perfect as all of us TV members.

what the hell is wrong with you? she has a lovely cock

  8. generally speaking you cannot upgrade a single cog, the cassette is a one piece set with the smallest cog threaded on to hold the rest in place.

depending on the component group, rear cassettes can get pretty minty, what king of rear hub are you running? the cassette is usually matched to the rear hub.

you can lube cables with a nice light syn lube, i doubt it is time to start repacking headsets, bottom brackets or hubs yet.

  9. As a Canadian, I am very proud to have my Rocky Mountain ETSX-70 over with me. I bought 'er new in 2002 (or so). It was built for trans alp challenge racing and I live in flat Kalasin, Issan. Oh well, at least it reminds me of some of the terrain we've enjoyed in the past.

another canadian, it had to be rocky or kona back in my day. i went kona.

saw a japanese guy in bangkok with a beautiful mint rocky thin air about 1998.

i demoed one once and brought it back with a dent in the top tube like you would not believe,

not only was the air thin, the tubing was definitely not up to vancouver's north shore. beautiful single track bike though

  10. This is a great thread and glad to see so many people enjoying cyling in Thailand. I live and ride in Samui with some pretty severe hills and punishing mountain terrain but love it.

I even did my bounder bounce last year and cycled back from Hat Yai to Samui (330 kms in 2 days) and got nothing but thumbs up from locals and drivers.

Planning on cycling in other parts of Thailand this year and checking the calenders for events too.

Mine is a 15 year old Ti Kona Hei Hei frame, XTR group set and Hope disc brakes and wheels brought with me from the UK 3 years ago for my retirement here in Samui

    cheers Foggy1

truly a man after my own heart, that hei hei is lovely, if you like retro konas this is my girl:

1995 kona explosif, been ridden very hard on vancouver island and the north shore, now semi retired commuter

taken after a clean and tube change before i pumped it up

  11. When you sent the stand I gave it a good mucking out. First real clean in 400km Im bad I know.

I did oil it and give it a little wipe at 200km but not a lot.

It was ok until I cleaned it lol.

Now it has become a problem sad.png

Will take a look this evening or tomorrow morning

    biggrin.png

if it has never been cleaned there is a good possibility that when you did "muck it out" that the dirt you knocked off was hiding the wear, insulating between worn chain and sprockets. could also be cable stretch, though

    Sounds good mate.

Well I found the shop in Ubon and found it useful for what I wanted. Although the owner seemed interested in selling bikes and interested in helping customers who where spending lots more money than me.

I got what I think is a SRAM link for a 100 baht.

Needed a new chain at 500 baht.

My wife asked him to check the rear cartridge was still ok and useable. The shop owner said it was fine so I left, the road was very busy so I was unable to test it there in my flip flops biggrin.png

I got home and found the same problem.

Today I took off the rear cartridge and gave it a good clean the 8th gear is worn and unusable, I couldn't see it for all the muck it had gathered. Won't be letting it get like that again.

I cannot get the SRAM link off it seems tighter than a tight thing, any advice?

I have watched lots of YouTube videos but they aren't helping.

    Cheers

yeah, if you replace sprockets you pretty much have to replace chain as they wear together.

i wouldnt do much business with a bike shop that tells you otherwise.

  12. With replacing Chalerm this government has signed it's dissolution. Keep an eye on what's gonna come above water in the coming days.

My prognosis are another month before the PTP is dissolved or another coup takes place. Let's pray it doesn't get bloody.

my prognosis is that you are dead wrong.

    shall we wait and see?

  13. so now you get reviews your still complaining jeez no pleasing some people, the last line of that review sums it up nicely for me..dont ya think

p.s. i did try to find a good review but guess what they dont seem to exist....cheesy.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gif

that didn't stop you from posting a review buy a guy who was given a thrashed used 2006 bike of indeterminate brand.

    relevance?

    none whatsoever

  14. Got it today thanks to Brian. I am happy to buy it from Brian for the same price 4990 thb including installation. It looks good for 4990 thb. Not a bad quality product which made me surprised. Actually liked it a lot. And it will turn into a golden color soon. It sound louder. I am happy to get out of scooter mode. People can hear me know. It has a nice roar. And it is not loud which is great:lol: Performance wise, could not test it fully as was carrying the stock pipe on back. But i can say a nice bump on low and mid range and also better top end and you can totally feel it:D I will write my full impressions tomorrow regarding performance. I can recommend it for 5000 thb. Again thanks for brian for the fast business. It was breeze in his shop as always. Took 15 min to install it nicely. Thanks for Woody the pipe maker too for his assistance on the phone. And thanks all for your feedback. Sent from my GT-N7100 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app

aren't you worried about getting tugged by the BIB every 5 mins ?

1,000 b each and every time apparently....

Love the "man bag" by the way.....

hah was going to say not sure which is better, the pipe or the purse.
