Stopped in this week and have a few thoughts to share. First of all, location wise I would give them a B as you have to take an elevator up to the second floor to access them. Whoever thought that this would be a good idea should be fired. I didn't see any other way to access the establishment, but maybe I missed it.

Secondly, they changed the sauce. Why are they copying Pizza Hut in Thailand. The sauce is in my opinion horrible.

Thirdly, they are just like the other two (The Pizza Co, Pizza Hut) when it comes to size, toppings etc. For the price 365baht for a medium Meat zee pizza is pitiful. It was small, very few toppings, and seemed a bit overcooked.

The pizza game is wide open for someone who can actually make a decent sized and decent tasting pizza that is not overpriced. I have included a pic so you can see the size of the pizza ( I have small hands) . My hand is for comparison.

not to mention the "sausage" is a hotdog.

Did it ever cross your mind that the person using the calculator might be using it in order to be crystal clear on the price thus avoiding confusion or embarrassment later on, verbal communication with a foreigner often opens the to door to confusion or misunderstandings over price which are easily avoided with this method. - Well they were until you walked into the shop and confused the hell outta them by getting all arsey over a flippin calculator. <snip>

I think I got ** off as the woman probably thought I was some stupid farang that was linguistically challenged. Such foreigners who use the calculator and can't speak probably will more than likely pay silly prices. Especially, as I explained the thing I wanted in "perfect" Thai.

One thing that gets me is when people go about calling golf a Hi-So sport. It's golf and just golf.

When you take into account the cost of the land, the cost of shaping the land, what the land could actually be doing otherwise, the cost of maintaining a course, use of natural resources like water etc to keep greens green, and even the cost of a round or equipment, golf while becoming more egalitarian is definitely a luxury afforded only to those with money.

While not high so per say, the sport most certainly is exclusive though less so in the last 50 years as it is increasingly subsidised in the west by public courses and parks boards etc.

in fact beyond polo, horse or motor racing or sports of that ilk, there are few more exclusive sports.

As a networking tool it is a remarkably effective social filter, keeping those unworthy out of the picture.
