When going to Chaeng Wattana for a 30 day extension, is it possible to pay using a credit card or do they only accept cash at all immigration offices?

I remember playing that game "stuck in the mud" as a kid. The only thing was there was no actual mud involved. Maybe the Thais play that game differently to us Westerners lol

OK, next to that Chinese pharmacy that sells the fake drugs or is that the same?
Don't know which Chinese pharmacy. Charoen Pharmacy has been recommended many times here just like Southeast Pharmacy. Charoen is the big pharmacy that doesn't have aircon and looks a bit old when you look at it from outside.

Besides paying from my bank app (MEA), I also use the CounterServicePay app (it's in the Google Playstore, don't know if it's available for iPhone), which does have both the mea and pea and also for the water both in and outside Bangkok area. You can pay with a credit card through that app and even get a 10 baht coupon for 7-11. Hope this helps.
Never heard of CounterServicePay app. How safe and legit is this company/app? Do they accept international credit cards? Do they charge us any extra fees to pay bills using that app?

If you're in Bangkok you can download the MEA Application and even pay your bills with creditcard.
Only with a Thai credit card or a foreign credit card too?

Well, that was helpful ...
Can you explain just where 'somewhere else' might be located?
Charoen Pharmacy, near Sukhumvit 4, next to Bully Pub.

You mean the small pharmacy between Majestic suites and Soi 4?

Don't forget that even in Thailand you would legally need a prescription for this.
So don't be surprised about a premium for "over the counter".
Kamagra Jelly I've seen for 1,500 baht for a box of 50 sachets. Wonder if there's anywhere cheaper though....

Southeast is too expensive. Somewhere else does Sidegra 100mg for 200 baht. I heard 180 baht was the standard recommended retail price written on the pack before but don't know where they sell it for that price or less.

What are the cheapest pharmacies in Sukhumvit to buy Sidegra & Kamagra Jelly?

Don't you miss it by one day?
23rd is not a Buddhist holiday so likely no restrictions.
BUT 24 October 2018 is end of Buddhist lent (an important Buddhist holiday).
Quite likely that bars will have to close.
Midnight 23rd time to shut down.
Buddhist lent is a full moon holiday, not a fixed date.
So 23/24 just by coincidence this year.
Oh, never knew that. Was just going off the holidays that was marked on the Agoda booking site. Does that mean both the 23rd and 24th Oct are both public holidays?

Which pharmacies are the cheapest to buy Sidegra, Apcalis and Kamagra? Prices and how many in the pack please ????
-
Does anyone know if Bars/Clubs will be closed on the 23rd Oct? When these closures do happen, does that in fact mean from 12am on the 23rd until 11:59pm on the same day (23rd)? Meaning that on the 24th at 12am Bars/Clubs will reopen for party peeps?

Many 711 can use visa with 300 minimum....a few can't buy alcohol...none will let you pay electric....most would let you buy True Money.
Thanks for that. Anyone know if Family Mart is the same? I recall seeing in one Family Mart what looked like they also accept credit cards and said no minimum purchase.

Last generic I purchased was 'Mastigra 100', 50bht for a bubble pack of 4 from a gang of touts at the Mae Sai border crossing. They wanted 250bht, I said 50bht or no sale, they hassled me for a while and we settled on 2 packs for 100bht. Still got most of them in my backpack 3 months later.
Never heard of Mastigra before. Which one is it a generic of and can they be bought at normal pharmacies?

For each of these ones: Apcalis, Sidegra & Kamagra Jelly
1. Which one do you personally think is better?
2. How long before the deed do you need to take it?
3. How long does each one last before needing another dose?
4. How many capsules in the biggest box of Apcalis & Sidegra?
5. How much does each cost and where's the cheapest/best places in BKK Sukhumvit and also in Pattaya to buy them?

METV or Elite Visa, those are the two choices.

Is it possible to use a non-Thai credit card at both 7-Eleven & Family Mart when making purchases? Is there a minimum spend before you can use it? Can it also be used to pay bills like Electricity and True Online bills at both?

"doctor proceeded to give her 24 jabs of anesthesia, totaling 12cc. He then went to the restroom before starting the operation."
The anesthesiologist both administered the anesthesia and also did operations too?
In the West for any procedure the anesthesiologist gives and monitors the patient while a different doctor does any procedures. But since this is Thailand probably the doctor wasn't even an anesthesiologist and just the surgeon.

"The clinic had a licence numbered 19678." - I was under the impression you can't post anything bad online that happens in a business or about someone, or you can be sued for defamation. Surely posting the licence number in a newspaper article means someone can search that licence number and find out the name of the business. Or is that a loophole by not posting the business name and just posting the licence number making it ok?

I have read posts stating that Chaeng Wattana immigration did it earlier than 30 days before the end of the 60 days.
Cool, nice to know they are more flexible to do it even earlier.

It depends upon the office where you apply for the 30 day extension of the 60 day entry.
Most will do them up to 2 weeks early.
Chaeng Wattana in BKK more specifically. Previously I've been going there around 25 days before stamp expiry date but wanted to know if it's possible to go even earlier.

Extension of a tourist visa?
Worse Time at Bangkok Immigration
in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Posted
Yesterday I had the non pleasure of visiting the Bangkok immigration office for a visa extension. It was my worse time there in 14 years I have had to go there and I was there from 9 AM until 4 PM. At one time there were only only two agents working desks and at least 500 people waiting to get visa extensions.
Holy hell, that's crazy!!! What type of visa extension? Tourist visa? Ed Visa?
There's always only 2 officers taking the paperwork and passports, then one at the back processing it, then one officer giving it back to you. That's for a tourist visa.
