Continuing on from this thread: Went to Jomtien Immigration again to try and extend for 30 days. I initially went on the 21st November and was told to come back 3-4 days prior and today I was told by the queue desk come back one (1) business day prior to stamp expiry (my stamp expiry is on a Sunday). I handed the girl my paperwork & passport without staying anything, and all was good with the paperwork. She looked at the stamp and said come back one (1) business day prior. I told her that last time in November I was told to come back one week before expiry already, that's why I'm here and she said ask at Counter 1, the exact same story as I was told last time by the other queue number girl (there are only 2 of them). Went to Counter 1 and the lady looked at my paperwork and talked to the man, and same thing they said come back one (1) business day prior to expiry. This is insane. I've got the pics to prove it, not like everyone else here on the forum that's been posting rubbish that Jomtien has no problems with extending whenever they wish or saying they saw with their own eyes that people were getting queue numbers who were there prior than a couple of days before their expiry stamp. I will believe my own experiences, and so should everyone else. Nobody else has provided any proof, but I have below. This person also had the exact same experience as me. How Soon Buy Ext. After Arrival on Visa Exempt?

Both girls at the queue counter were the same, as were the woman and man at Counter 1 for the 30 day extensions. See below of today's experience at Jomtien: Went to Jomtien Immigration again to try and extend for 30 days. Seems BKK has a 50% off sale compared to Jomtien.

Being a renter you don't need to worry about these issues or the deadbeats who don't pay their yearly maintenance fees. Just another reason not to be an owner here in Thailand, in addition to the many others.

Grab a couple of bottles from 7/11 and enjoy at the beach. That's how the locals celebrate.

Undercover Raid Busts Tomboy Bar: 18 Tourists Found with Purple Urine

Tombuys in Thailand still look very feminine. Unlike Tomboys in the west, that's another story lol -
1,600 baht fine at Jomtien if you are late in doing a TM30

I'm guessing the only men in the Tomboy bar would be the bouncers/security staff. -
Passport not stamped with 60 day visa
bbi1 replied to Antony Reece's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
No, not true at all. Laos has an Evisa but you MUST present your printed Evisa when entering and you get a smaller visa put into your passport on arrival. -

Yep, the OP didn't follow what the Evisa site tells everyone. Show your letter on arrival. -

That's where you went wrong. I remember the Evisa site clearly saying you need to present the letter to them when you arrive into Thailand. -

What happens if the OP entered via land? Immigration office may suggest the OP to go back to the same land border? -
Half of new HIV infections in Thailand among 15-24 year olds
bbi1 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
It's probably something like 98% from the gays, ladyboys and drug users. -
It's always those bloody Yanks who look the wrong way when crossing streets. Had to beep my horn at a few of them when they stupidly cross the street while crossing the road with incoming traffic coming right at them. A couple of times it was the Chinese too I had to beep at looking the wrong way and crossing.

Reliving congestion - get rid of all the old farts in Pattaya and the city will be 70% less than what it is now. All the bars and bargirls will be out of money too and have to go back to Issan. City congestion solved very quickly ;) Btw, talking about big bikes, a few weeks ago around 8am I saw a bunch of maybe 20 old farts at Areca Lodge on soi Diana gather together to go on a ride somewhere together, but firstly they had a group photo together. So it's not just the young ones, plenty of old farts also seem to take a liking to those big bikes.
-
If those type of bikes should be banned from a city with small sois, then surely all cars, sontaews, trucks and busses should be the 1st ones you mentioned to be banned as they are way bigger. Why didn't you say the city should only have motorbikes and bicycles and no other vehicles in it?

Ok, so you should watch watch & listen to Eddie Abbew, a British former ex-bodybuilding champion & qualified nurse who says that protein supplements are all sh*t rubbish and you can easily get it from food, which he does.
-
Yes, most doctors are drug pushers. But protein powder is just chemicals. Eating real food gives you all the protein you need.
-
Nobody needs that chemical s*hit. Eat eggs and meat. That's all you need. Watch some stuff Eddie Abbew, a British former ex-bodybuilding champion & qualified nurse says about that sh*t.
