If your Hamas mates hadn't caused genocide, rape, murder, mutilation desecration of bodies etc etc etc on October the 7th, thousands of people would still be alive. You should take your beef with them perhaps.
One sided and blinkered as normal, ditto for Israelis who saw young kids massacred at the hands of Hamas just enjoying themselves at a dance festival, old people cowering in fear as Hamas attacked and killed them in their houses.
I'd say may Israelis feel the same, just a hunch.....
Oh, and have a look at Wim Hofs breathing techniques, learn how to breathe then do assisted breathing with his videos on you tube. It really helps with stress which in turn helps with anxiety.
I'd pay someone to come up with a routine for her, using bands and body weight etc, do it at home. She doesn't sound like she needs machines.
For getting out, nothing better than cycling, running, walking up and down Jomtien beach, its long enough.
Very sensible approach IMHO, a good friend of mine is a medical Doctor in Singapore, he told me that catching COVID is a natural booster and dont worry about vaccine boosters as I am fit and healthy. I'd rather listen to him than the COVID enthusiasts on here who believe anything they read and just cut and paste.
First time I caught it in 2020, I was apparently at the 'height of my protection' after having 2 jabs........ One bad day of fever/aches and pains but then a week of brain fog.
Haven't bothered with any boosters since, had it at least a couple of times more and I've had worse hangovers. Thats the truth. Unless you are at risk, I'd knock any more jabs on the head.
